employee rep. appeared only employee. He did fabulous job resolving and/or offering resolve. He hand delivered,willingly,respectfully - kind additional set of bedding/blanket needs for daughter. towels delivered by another person. Unsure which day

The bathroom floor behind the door about 8-10 in deep was not clean. Hair etc. it was offered to move rooms however we had unpacked and was late - I cleaned the floor.

Took an hour to check in (mgt had a new girl working alone), room was very hot when entering, then found a bug crawling on the pull out sofa after I made it.

The WiFi did not work. One elevator was broken. They did not heat up the oatmeal each morning.

The breakfast both days we stayed was not the best. Rubbery sausage links, biscuits overcooked bottoms and undercooked top and eggs were watery.

The convenient microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room, plus the complimentary breakfast, made the need for a full-service hotel unnecessary.

The door to my room was open when I checked in. There was leftover food in the fridge, as well as a washable cup (had JenMo written on it) with liquid in it next to the microwave.

This is a nice hotel with a good location right off the highway.

When I checked in initially the attendant who often check me in put me in a filthy room. This is the 2nd time she has put me in a substandard room. The last room she put me in was near the exit which the door slammed all night.Shower drain not working.

The bed was awesome and I love the Netflix app on tv

I was in the room for 5 days I put in a request with night shift clerk to clean room and check the drain in the shower. She told me that because there was going to be a big crowd coming in and my room may not get clean. My room did not get cleaned.How sad
