Breakfast counter was trashy and the garbage can was overflowing.

Yes, I will said it's not much about the hotel, but the hallway where my room was , smeel like Marijuana STHINK at first then now and then was dissipating, must be someone being there, this really was disappointing ? making me gag.

Very clean well maintained Hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast, while not expansive was stocked with high quality items like breakfast sandwiches.

Arrived late and staff was very welcoming and courteous. Room was cool on a very hot night and very clean. Great options for a quick breakfast.

Nothing really!

The front desk staff didn't know what they were doing. Rooms AC would turn off few hours during the night probably to save electricity. Room had a weird smell. Breakfast had expired yogurt, no milk and no hot breakfast except for waffle. Not recommended.

I arrived to check in and front desk person was asleep in lobby chairs. After 10 min. She woke up to assist me so I thought. She tells me I can¿t check in because she is t allowed computer access. I asked could she call someone she said no sorry. Bye

Couldn¿t check in becasue night worker doesn¿t have computer access to do this. So after driving 10 hrs thru bad storms I was exhausted only to be told I could sleep in the room I paid for. So I had to sleep in my truck. Worst experience ever. Horrible

The location was perfect Breakfast was ok. Room clean, bed comfortable, nice pillows, great with kitchenette. Nearby washateria, but no detergent. Gas station store has a lot of things you might need.

No detergent available in laundry room. Not enough coffee pods for coffee maker.

The best thing about this hotel was the receptionist. She was very sweet and apologetic, but it did not entirely make up for all of the troubles we experienced during our stay.

We experienced issues checking into 3 separate hotel rooms. This hotel was very unclean and disorganized.

Staff played on their phone. Breakfast was poor But the hotel itself was excellent

No staff when my stepson was checking in. Waited over 30 min because NO ONE was working!! Housekeeping did not clean room or restock towels. If housekeeping is not going to clean rooms at least supply more towels in the room for a two night stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, the customer service was awesome, very quiet, and spacious. Very easy to find, overall 10/10

Breakfast was very light , only a few muffins, danishes, and bowls of cereal.

Reserved 2 rooms and people got stuck in both bathrooms...fire hazard and scrapped my skin on my knuckles trying to get out while my husband tried to help on the other side. Smelled like pee. No swimming pool. Breakfast was the worst grab-n-go.

Would not work with me on my room.Door jammed water not draining in tub hot water is cold and cold is hot no room cleaning next day excessive noise all night no ice on floor 217 ours could not get ahold of manager they said maintenance didn't sat sun

The cleanliness of the room, bed and bathroom

There was no microwave and no coffee maker canister to make the coffee. There wasn't anyone at the front desk for a long time. When I walked out of the room to microwave food, I saw several people at different times looking/waiting for the front desk.

Refused to clean room. I requested several times and staff refused. I was there for six days no cleaning of my room I was so disappointed

Nice clean rooms and lobby.

Had to make 5 calls to get bill corrected from where I was over charged. Still waiting to see if I actually get refund or not.

The ac unit wasn¿t working properly for the 2 nights that we stayed and neither did the TV!
