The front desk tried to remedy the issues.

There were roaches and bugs in the room and restroom, hair on the towels, and stains on the pillows & sheets.

The location was the best part because it was close to the most important part of my stay in Texas

Although the hotel was clean and kept up up, I was unfortunately bitten up by bed bugs after taking a nap upon arrival. It was handled appropriately with me being able to move to another room, but at that point I felt uncomfortable and on edge

One of the staff were rude because we called her up because we were having trouble with our TV having no signal and the hot water not being hot. We moved rooms and it was better besides not shower door not staying closed

The front desk young gal was great, room exceeded my expectations. Very well-appointed hotel.

The shower head has a little calcium build up and could use a CLR treatment.

The location was easy to access and convenient.

I was the only person entering when I arrived and it still took about 20 minutes to check in. There was someone else¿s blood stain on the sheets. When I called the front desk, they asked that I come down to get & replace the sheets myself. It was awful.

No electric, water, food or water but staff did their best

We had no power the entire night and the hotel would not give me a refund or an extra night for free. So I had to drive out on treacherous roads due to Texas winter storm.

The room was clean and nice. It was starred 2.5. I actually would place it at a 3.

The room worked well for the overnight stay we had.

The breakfast was not good, the eggs were powdered eggs and no bacon

That they don’t give receipts when you pay cash or copy of what you have signed. Really need to give a cash receipt.

It was clean. Location was great!

That I had to pay an early check in fee even though I’m a member. The breakfast was not that great! Very small area. But other than that, it was a great stay!

There were many male workers that got up at 2:30 or so to leave. So between 2:30 and 4:30 the person next to me seemed like he was rebuilding the part of the hotel he was staying in. At least that's what it sounded like. Many other men seemed to leave around 4:30 so doors were slamming. I slept from 11:30 to 2:30. The idea was to get some sound rest before taking my daughter to an important doctor appointment. Exhausted all day. You would think someone would put like minded people together instead of situating someone next to a person like I was next to. Sorry, will never stay there again.

I like how it’s very secluded!

The lobby area was clean and pleasant. I didn't eat breakfast but other people in my family group did and they did not complain. Therefore I assume breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

I booked a room for 3. At 1st glance everything looked ok. Then discovered the bathroom had an almost used up roll of toilet paper so we needed another roll available. We were told we could get that at the front desk. So we went back down to get it. We later discovered the under side of the toilet rim had what appeared to be questionable stains. While downstairs to see if someone in housekeeping was available to do a once over cleaning, we heard someone from the 4th floor complaining about the strong smell of urine in their bathroom. When they asked for someone to come and clean they were told no one was on duty and no other rooms were available. They were offered a bottle of disinfectant. So my husband asked for a bottle for us as well. Though on the surface everything looked clean, we decided to just go over and sanitize the toilet bowl ourselves, then we discovered we had been given a bottle of air freshener. My son in law went out and bought some lysol disinfectant wipes so that we could share among our group. The TV never worked in our room the day we checked in. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and kept making suggestions to make it work. She even came to our room and attempted to reboot it with no success. She offered to come back and check again but never did even after I called her. (I later found out she was alone and by the time she got back downstairs, she had people waiting to check in). When the 3rd person in our room arrived, we discovered the pull out sofa bed had no bed linen and there wasn't any in the closet where the front desk clerk said it should be. So my husband went downstairs to get extra linen so we could make up the spare bed. When I removed the cushions to open the sofa bed there were crumbs and misc debris under the cushions. Thankfully we had the lysol wipes to wipe everything down.

The beds were just right. Able to get good sleep

The breakfast could have been more. That was there was not appetiting.

It was all great.

Didn't like the taste of the eggs but overall the breakfast was very good. No half and half for my coffee but thats a personal preference.
