Breakfast was ok

The A/C in the room was really loud and the staff wouldn't fix it and were not attentive

It was quiet.

Location is far from most everything and tucked behind a shopping center. Also, the pool was closed.

The location. Easy to get around town.

Check in girl was straight rude and nasty. No real creamer. Powder?! How do you pass your Q scores?! Room a mess. Everyone had major attitude in housekeeping.

The staff was wonderful were awesome.

The plumbing in 214 needs to be fixed:shower, sink and toilet

Room was nice.

Did not like the light coming from outside shining on the bed all night long. We actually laid at the end of the bed. Also, no remote was in room and had to track down staff to get one.

Location was centered in a shopping area.

Room needs to be remodeled. Whoever remodeled last was the lowest bidder I'm sure. AC drain leaked into the room.

Good location, clean room, as advertised.

Wasn't happy that pool was closed for the weekend, since the indoor pool was one of the main reasons for booking this particular hotel.

Being my age requires careful planning of food intake and "outtake" . The lovely wall sign says breakfast in 6-10 am . No mention that it's 7 am on Sunday . I understand the reasons for the later time , BUT you destroyed my travel day planning .

The room had a musty smell. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was no toilet paper in the holder. The 2 queen beds were uncomfortable and mattresses were lumpy. The breakfast & coffee were poor quality overall. There was no milk for dry cereals.

The TV in my room was not HD. Evidently they're changing out the TV's slowly but surely. Also, channel guide in room. Kept going to DTV channels which I did not have. Secondly, went to get in hot tub which is marketed online, but it was cemented in. Bo

It wasn¿t our first stay here. The staff is friendly, good location, fair price. It¿s an alll package deal.

Maybe a later check out time.

The staff were very helpful in getting a roll a way bed for an unexpected guest. They were always able to answer any question I had and were able to assist me with any need. An excellent staff.

Need to have biscuits every day. Of course that is just my preference.

Location, excellent staff, decent breakfast, nice common areas

Room maintenance was sub-par. Toilet paper holder broken (housekeeping just stuck roll on one end), tissue stuffed into hole around sprinkler, light in bath out, stained carpet, etc. Brought issues to attention of manager and she responded appropriately.

Room was big

The jacuzzi did not work and there was a rusty area over the ceiling above the jacuzzi.

It was conveniently located.

I could tell why it was 2.5 stars. It was shabby in spots. However it was clean.

The bed was comfortable,the the room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

Do not like that I was lied to about the whirlpool not working in the room.When I checked in I asked about it.I booked this room just for the whirlpool and it was not in working order.Did not get compensated or anything taken off my bill for it.

Location

Pool was disgusting, the water was green and the hot tub had a skin of slime on the bottom. The pool restroom hadn¿t been cleaned in a very long time. The breakfast had little to choose from and only oatmeal hot. Mostly sugary cereals and breads.

The room was great. It had plenty of space with a bed, desk, small kitchen area and a couch.

The fridge was leaking water, asked twice for someone to check it out and no one came. Maid service never came by for fresh towels. Had bugs in the room by the doorway. Roof was leaking water down the hall.
