Hotel was overbooked and the lady at front desk could not have been more unprofessional to me and another gentleman that had a reservation as well.

I needed to stay 3 more days and the young quite lady, black hair , stated that I had to pay ---dollars per day only in cash because their card system was not working..I stated that was almost the doubl I reserved online, odeclared income IRS violation

Everything. The hotel was dirty, had roaches. They don't accommodate what you pay for. The staff is not friendly. Will never go back here in life.

Paid reservation and they still denied me a room twice. I had to sleep in my car

Very sketchy looking setup. Doors of the rooms looked like they had been kicked in! Upon arrival, with a paid reservation, was told, "no vacancy " also told water issues and multple rooms flooded. Was forced to continue on my trip.

Nothing at all, in fact they owe me 50$ for a security deposit. There's roaches, the staff is not friendly or accommodating. Overall horrible experience.

It was located within a close range for restaurants

No good outside working sign lights and discovered 3 roaches within my entrance and some inside things that needed attention!Holes in walls and missing bathroom door.just a Basic room for sleep,Thats all! $50 deposit for possible smoking!

The TV was set to Spanish and required a log in.for Roku to use. I never figured out how it worked, so 3 days stay with no TV. There was no microwave or way to heat food, and there was no coffee pot or ice machine. They also charged an extra $50 cash fee.

the television in the room didnt work. the mini fridge was the only appliance in the room and it was loud. There was not a fitted sheet, just a sheet laid over the bed. There were roaches. This place is NOT CLEAN AT ALL. So much more but Im out of charac

Rm not up to code. No smoke detector. No toilet paper holder or paper. Floor dirty, bathroom dirty. We both have bad knees, needed 1st floor rm, were assigned 2nd floor rm Seats from cars put on patio to be used as seats. Trashy place.

Yes. I pre paid for reservations and when I went to check in I was told there was no rooms available. All the rooms were taken. I had to go hunting for another motel that had vacancy and pay for those two nights.

They did not want to give me access arguing that they no longer had rooms available that you made reservations without checking availability and that they could not do anything and that they were not going to refund my money. I arrived at 11 pm

The best thing is that I was able to watch the July 4th fireworks from the balcony. Other than that: Absolutely NO WiFi, remotes did not work for the tv, so no tv. 15+ fire/safety hazards in the room alone and more outside, roaches, filthy rooms, 1 lock.

The musty-dirty-non-working fridge was left in the room, although another was already brought in to replace it. The curtain would not stay shut, and maid banging on your door to tell you it is checkout over 30 minutes before checkout, and barging in.

The man who approached me army car when I got out of my car and ask me if I had a reservation. I was trying to decide whether I should get back in and lose the money I spent when making the reservation. I ask him if I would be safe there he said yeah.

Filthy. Smelled bad. Office computer didn¿t work. Door on room was loose. Furniture dirty and paint smeared on furniture, floor, and bathroom.

Nothing, very disappointed. Will never stay at that hotel again.

I did not like that when I checked out, the lady attendant went to the room to check it out. And she asked if we had smoked, I told her NO.. that's how the room smelled. So she smirked and refunded my deposit back.
