Roaches in the room bugs

Maid was rude and she also works the front desk and I didn't feel as if she was friendly at all and rude when asked for things needed!

The room had no sheets, water on floor, bed was torn up. I walked out and suppose to get a refund.

I was not able to check in to my room. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk , I called the number to the front desk and the person who answered said they would be coming to check me in shortly. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up

Price

Blankets and duvet covers didn’t look too clean. There weren’t any face towels in the bathroom and there were pieces of trash underneath the bed.

Check in chaos. Room not ready after a 3 hour delay. Low quality room. Poor bed sheets that did not fit and one poor pillow per person.

The room was nasty. There was roaches. The bed linen was dirty. I had to go buy some. Loud music dogs barking all the time. Rude and strange people hanging outside the hotel at all times. Left 2 days earlier didn't get my money back. Don't stay

It was clean

No top sheet. No ice available. No carts for moving your stuff from your car

Nothing! Very disappointed!I was not given a double room. It was infested with roaches. My daughter and I were harassed by a menacing man, and it was filthy. And there was drug activity. The smell of marijuana was very potent.

I did not like anything. I was so scared for my daughter and myself!

The location

Literally everything else. The hotel reeked of bleach! The hotel room was dirty, not well maintained, and there was black mold everywhere. I immediately went down to the front desk and when I was told there was nothing she could do I checked out.

Everything , roaches everywhere, the place was not clean and the area was scary and not pleasant. Would never recommend I did leave a google review.

The room is right next to a giant LED billboard with no curtains. It looked like daylight all the time in the room and since the sign changes, it flashes in the room.

Dirty, AC didn't work properly, no signal on any channel from the TV And Roches

I did not like anything about this experience! I did not stay because the cigarette smoke smell made me feel sick, and I did not feel safe. The pictures online were NOT actual pictures of the room!

The advertised pictures online were not the actual pictures of the room. The cigarette smoke was awful. The staff was not available and for a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe. I canceled my reservation after seeing the room and for safety.

The hotel was not clean. There was a water leak in the room 2 floors above mine that caused water to leak onto the floor of my room. They couldn¿t give me another room and they still would not allow me to cancel my second night.

That I was given a full refund.

The hotel was dirty, and smelled of cigarettes. The room was worn and the bed should have been thrown out. It was not a clean restful place to stay.

We stayed there during memorial weekend with 2 kids, we loved the kitchenette with a fill refrigerator . There is a HEB plus and Sam's club within a walking distance , then the bakery right across from the hotel.

The carpet had an "old " smell to it and also the room does not have any mirror except the small one one the bathroom . And also not bedside lamps except the ones on the ceiling.

The price is very low

No curtains, decor, closet, coffee maker or front staff to call. tv remote broken, loud location, more like an army barrack than a motel. 2 Metal office chairs unsuited for relaxing, full size bed unsuitable for two people. Did not get any rest here.

Location was perfect

Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the building was quite loud.

The pictures looked great with the furnishings and there was no where to sit. Had one double bed, not 2 beds like the pictures.
