Comfort Suites Waco Near University Area

My son stays. It 8s close to his work. He likes his room. Being able to use affirm is a GOD send as we don't have credit cards for his weekly 2 & 3 night stays

The room was spacious with a sofa in a separate sitting area. The king bed slept very well

The hotel was under reconstruction all over the place. I realize it is not peak travel season but I would have like to have been informed.

The staff is very professional friendly and kind. Whenever we are in Waco we stay at this hotel.

I honestly can't think of a thing.

Noise in halls and rooms

The room was great and well-lit. Very nice place to stay.

The breakfast was a little disappointing in that they were out of some things when we got there but they did replenish the scrambled eggs. This was because a H. S. band had just come through and left before we got downstairs. No biscuits and gravy?

Very clean and comfortable room and lemon infused water in the lobby.

Location

When I tried to check in early at noon instead of 3 they wanted to charge me an extra $20. Front desk clerk handled it well and gave me a ?courtesy? 1pm check in at no charge. Have never experienced anything like that before

Original room smelled horrible super musty, new room smelled like fish and old cigarette smoke. Old outdated rooms that shouldn?t have cost what they did. Never again

Fairly good location. Pool was nice. Good breakfast fare.

The hotel was located at a round-a-bout so it was kind of difficult to maneuver around. Very noisy location.

From the front desk Staff and the kitchen/cleaning staff were wonderful.. Kudos to a amazing crew all around.. Clean and friendly atmosphere.. Pool was nice and clean.. Rooms were comfortable and had what was needed for our stay.. Thanks!

Can't think of a thing wrong with it at all

Location was good

These Comfort inns are just not what they once were. I use to be confident in booking a Comfort inn but now they can very from trashy to nice. This one was OK, Reno isn¿t done with everything and not done well. Things are worn down .

The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were amazingly soft!

I do wish the curtains could be pulled close, so that all the light didn¿t come flooding in-in the morning. They were sheer and the side curtains didn¿t have the ability to close all the way across.

Great location coming into town but challenging route to follow. Room was nice and staff at front desk were friendly and professional. Rudy's was an awesome bar-b-que place right near Magnolia Table across the street.

The bathtub in the bathroom looked dirty and had a yellow ring around the tub. I was surprised since the rest of the room was very clean and comfy beds.

Most comfortable bed!!! And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC unit was very loud and inconsistent on temperature, but the weather was nice, so it was not a big problem.

The heavier curtains didn't close, so the bright streetlights shown in our room all night.

The guy that checked us in was great! He was welcoming and gave us lots of great info about the area. The room was very clean and nice , breakfast was good. We had a great experience!

The staff is fantastic! The location is also perfect - being on the rotary near Magnolia Table and Health Camp.
