Rodeway Inn Waco Downtown near University

The only thing good is the location

Its too dirty, the bed sheets had blood stains, the room overall doesnt have any mantainance, and the breakfast a lie, from 6am to 10am they close that area and there is no one at the front desk to help you, there is nothing. The room is musty.

Nothing, I was never able to check in. I waited and called for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the desk.

Everything, awful place.

I had to have the keys reprogrammed 3 times in a four day stay because both keys stopped working.

Peaceful, clean friendly service

Price and availability.

The super fir mattress made it difficult to fall/stay asleep. The refrigerator did not get cold enough to cool our drinks.

It is located in a nice area. Front desk person nice.

Maggots upstairs in the walkways. Burnholes on comforters in both rooms. First room smelled of fresh cigar. Second room a little less like cigar. Hairs in bathtub. Sticky floors. Bathroom floor dirty. Keycard did not work. Owner degrading to staff. Etc.

Bed was comfortable

No breakfast as shown, floors not so clean. No staff present in morning.

Good location to Waco Ironman

The cleanliness of the hotel was not good at all. Mold in the showers, holes and stains on sheets, floors dirty, water sitting in the telephone.

Closeness to Baylor Stadium

You will get no sleep at all here. The motorcycle clientele and 2am-3am visits are ridiculous and the front office doesnt do anything about it. They sat there for a long time reving their motors and talking over their bikes at 2 am!! walls also too thin

Location

Non smoking room had a strong smoke smell. Front desk area smelled terrible. Shower didn¿t drain, I was going to tell someone about it when I checked out but no one would come to the front desk.

Seemed Central to the whole City. Basically 15 minutes to anywhere in Waco. The desk staff were extremely nice and helpful .

Times are tough, but rooms could do for a deep clean to get the windows, baseboards and bathroom walls. I had to go get Window cleaner to clean the window of my room. I was staying for 4 days and a dirty window was not ideal.

Location to the event i was going to.

Not clean, got put in a smoking room when paid for a mon smoking.

location

hotel provided hair dryer did not work

Centrally located, clean rooms and pleasant, accommodating staff. A great place for a tired travelor to quickly pull in and rest

Well I travel with my own towels, but some newer ones would do them some good

I was very close to my venue.

It room smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke and the lighting was very dim in the room because some of the bulbs were missing.

The place was absolutely great very friendly gave me a late checkout clean wonderful place

No nothing I liked everything

Close to Baylor campus

Very poor customer service. And our room was not as clean as it should be. There was a piece of drywall missing by the shower. It was adequate. I would say not into customer service and keeping things presentable.

It was a good location and the house keepers were very nice.

I didn’t like the women who checked me in and out. She wasn’t very friendly and seemed to have an attitude when I just simply asked for a receipt. The room was nice but dirty. I used an entire bottle of Clorox wipes to wipe everything down.

location

when i saw description online liked it, i called directly to verify bed couch and living room chair. yes in ada room. there was no couch when we got there asked the man a desk, he said they have no foos with a couch.

Nothing really . Wasn’t like it was in pictures on the website. Very old and maintenance not been kept up. Isn’t a good place to travel with your family.

EVERYTHING!
