Pros +
- Very convenient to Baylor, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for our late check in, need to leave early due to weather, and also held items we left in the room at check out to be picked up after our event before we left town. I will be back.
- The staff was very accommodating. The tv in my room didn't work and they changed rooms for me. Even cam to my room to reoivle shoot. The room was very clean.
- The location was central to everything we did. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super friendly, especially the 2 ladies that were taking care of the food for breakfast. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names.
Cons -
- I was very tired and just wanted to go to bed and watch tv. Having the tv issues really impacted my stay since i was only there for 1 night and I was so tired. It was extremely taxing on me to change rooms, given my condition.
- The ac unit was extremely loud whenever it would come on. It scared our 2 year old granddaughter.
- Air conditioning noise

The staff was very accommodating. The tv in my room didn't work and they changed rooms for me. Even cam to my room to reoivle shoot. The room was very clean.
