Hampton Inn Waco

Every single staff was kind and helpful! Especially the morning girl! I was sad she wasn't working Friday when I left to tell her how amazing her help was and made it feel like home. Then that morning I left that sweet girl was so so helpful!!

The staff and the breakfast was good

I did not like the room temperature, the AC was hot. We had the AC on but it was so hot in the room we couldn't sleep

They AC was nice and cold.

The staff was rude. Breakfast was not good. Room was dirty.

Great location to get to many Waco attractions. Breakfast had many choices and was good. The room were large with plenty of space. The staff was excellent.

The only negative we experienced was that the indoor pool was closed and it looks like they are remodeling it or removing the indoor pool permanently.

There was a room.

Bugs in the room. Dirty towels. Room has not been updated for years. Dirty walls peeling paint .

hot tub was out of service. was told they are removing it.

Front desk staff was friendly, but nothing got done.

Found food and hair in bed, torn sheets, dried urine and hair on bathroom floor and bathroom smelled like urine. Change rooms three times. When leaving, a hazardous materials company was on our floor. Could not leave fast enough.

Didn't like anything at all had to be moved twice because both rooms had bed bugs....found old slice of pizza behind headboard....Horrible experience...waiting to see if any bedbugs got into my luggage...wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone.

Easy to locate from the road into Waco TX.

Customer Agent didn't have customer service attitude when we walked in.hotel employee told us check in was a firm 3pm. Wasn't willing to listen to our situation why we wanted to know if a room was available. Not accommodating at all. Diane came in a was Great 2us

It was clean and has a nice complimentary breakfast & parking

The room needed several repairs- leaky shower faucet, smoke detector hanging from its wires, a slide out tray was left on the floor, and the window AC unit left the room smelling dank.

The excellent breakfast. It was hot and there was plenty.

The hot tub was not working and that was the purpose for the stay. I couldve stayed elsewhere for much cheaper.

Good location for our stop. Good breakfast in the morning.

The front desk woman was not very friendly at check in. And there was a huge cockroach on the floor at breakfast. Another guest killed it.

I liked that the had both an indoor and an outdoor pool.

The buffet breakfast was very disappointing, they didnt offer many options at all.

We were given a room with a broken door lock. The hotel did not have an other room to accommodate us and they did not have a maintenance guy on site. We had to leave the hotel and now they refuse to refund me my money.

Location was good for what we wanted to do.

Was disappointed with the service only had one person doing anything. No maintained effort on site pool was green so green you could not see the bottom very unsafe. Hard to get new towels because there were none clean. Unable to cancel last night.

The night time hotel staff needs to take a class on costumer service! It was the worst I have ever seen. Even the manager was terrible. I asked if I could get like an hour extra to check out the next day since we were in a softball tournament and we had a

The elevator had a strong chemical odor as if recently worked on but not fully cleaned. I felt gouged given the current situation. the hotel was largely empty. The substitute breakfast was terrible! I won't visit again.

The staff were super friendly who manned the desk until 11 pm.

No hot water with the shower. Outdated popcorn ceilings. Poor lighting in restroom. Overall, the restroom needed a serious update.

Hampton staff was great as always. Beds were good.

I stay at Hamptons b/c of the value for the price. This one was $30 more expensive than usual and the room needed repairs. The door to the room barely shut and had huge (3/4"!) gaps letting light in. Bathroom door was hard to shut. Toilet was very loose.
