Cons -
- Staff was not too friendly but did their job. My daughter was given a hard time getting the free breakfast and that was not a great experience.
- It was dirty, falling apart, carpet had dead bugs all over it,
- Pricing was high, for no free breakfast. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, price high and food not to our liking.

Location was good, except for the street construction.
Pricing was high, for no free breakfast. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, price high and food not to our liking.
The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean.
The room was worn from age and it had a pelaton bike in the room. I don¿t love having exercise equipment in my room.
The location was right where I wanted it to be close by to everything I wanted to see the staff was outstanding was a little disappointed for the price that there was no continental breakfast but I was grateful for the coffee I would return again
A continental breakfast would have been nice
Clean, quiet and good location.
No housekeeping unless you ask for it. I think garbage taken out, beds made and new towels should¿ve been an everyday occurqnce, but wasn¿t.
Clean
It seemed old and outdated Plus, they wanted $40 for breakfast. I have stayed at better hotels for half the money
the staff//room view wonderful, bed so soft
Parking was terrible. Being next to the convention center, everyone and their mother used up the parking. Apparently not even the police care if you park illegally, or in handicapped spaces. Two words- cornhole tournament.
Understaffed, as are most of the hospitality industry. Yet, they were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.
Hotel checki-in is difficult. Stairs and long ramp lead to the lobby. The drive in portico is at the back of the hotel, half a block from the front desk. No bellmen, no carts. We were there on a week day. No place to eat at hotel, even Starbucks was closed
The location and the outdoor amenities. We also loved our room was the corner.
The A/C was very noisy with the fan turning on and off.
We decided to stay the night in Waco last minute and this hotel was a no brainer. Great location. I could trust everything would be clean and sanitized. Not to mention parking was free all along the building which is a plus.
The location of this hotel was great, and it was clean. Parking being free in a downtown area is great.
Because the hotel encouraged a maximum of 2 people in the elevator (or 1 party), I wanted to take the stairs. But the emergency stairs emptied out to the exterior of the hotel, and automatically closed and locked. One exit was in clearly an employee area.
Location, it seems that this hotel is taking all steps necessary to ensure your room is clean. It was obvious the room was disinfectant and very clean. The remote control was disinfectant and wrapped in plastic ready for the next person.
This hotel is to outdated, you can literally touch the ceiling from the shower. The TV was not a smart TV The restaurant or Starbucks was closed Indefinitely.
The room was not as described or booked. Booked a suite and recieved a standard room. Restaurant was closed and not clearly stated online. Toilet tissue holder was not attached to the wall instead just a large hole. The shower did not properly work.
Very nice scenic location that is close to area attractions, specifically Magnolia Market
Absolutely no food or beverage service available. No breakfast as advertised nor was Starbucks open during our stay. Very inconvenient to leave for breakfast offsite.
The hotel was situated in the best location! It was within a 10 min walk to the football stadium (we missed our shuttle back) and the walk was excellent with views of the bridge lit up at night. There is a park right across the street as well.
Absolutely nothing negative to report.
Location, parking
Elevators were slow.
The hotel was kept clean. The pool area was nicely set up and plenty of room. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bedding was nice, the rooms were clean and didn't smell funny.
Sad due to COVID the bar and restaurant were closed.
Everything was great except for the bathroom being too small.
Bathroom is tiny. Door barely has room to open and close. Everything else was excellent except for the bathroom being too small.
