Breakfast was not to my liking. Too much weird food. I liked well cooked sausage. No pancakes or waffles. Blueberry muffins were gluten free and my husband tried one bite and threw it away.

Good location. Close to stores and restaurants.

Pool was closed.

The staff was nice and accommodating.

The ceiling had several large leak marks in which there was a leak from upstairs that had not been repaired. Visually it did not look good and looked like it had been there for some time.

Everything was exceptional

It¿s my second time staying here. It¿s nice, but a little tired. Nothing wrong, just not up to Fairfield¿s usual standards.

They will charge you $3.00 for parking, and they will not tell you or even ask if you arrived in a vehicle.

Good breakfast. The room was clean despite several items in disrepair.

No hairdryer. TV wouldn't turn on. Outdated and worn out decor and furnishings. We were charged $3 for parking AFTER the clerk learned we booked from an outside source.

All the staff was friendly, helpful, and supportive. We, seven in our group, were most pleased with our stay.

The breakfast on Monday morning was disappointing because this location normally has the best breakfast ever.

Not crowded and nice fitness room

The breakfast was terrible and the morning clerk and breakfast attendant were surly and not helpful. The egg thing (no other way to describe) was under cooked, the waffle machine was broken, no yogurt and only one kind of roll.

Great location. Front desk staff was superb.

Cleanliness of the hotel was suffering due to short-staff. Corridors and elevator, especially. Room got cleaned once out of four nights and we requested it one other time. Phone system of the hotel was out of service the night we arrived

The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and probably my favorite part of this hotel. Steve especially made the experience a good one. He was friendly and professional and obviously knowledgable as he answered any questions I had with ease.

Quiet

Run down, breakfast was terrible. Eggs were too salty, no plates, only bowls, not a good selection. Room not cleaned at all. Had to ask for towels and toiletries., used under staffed as an excuse for everything.

Location, price!!! Staff was SUPER kind, efficient and ready to please us! Definitely will be back and tell the rest of the managers traveling to Richland Mall! Room was cool and clean! I¿M impressed
