Staff was very friendly and helpful

The carpet and shower were not clean. The hotel is under renovation but that did not affect our one night atayy

Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly, the right price.

Loved being on the court yard. staff was thoughtful enough to put us there for our puppy. VERY friendly staff.

I like that there is a restaurant and lots of areas you can visit in the lobby or outside.

The room had peeling paint in the bathroom, the bathroom door handle was old and not reflective of the remodeled room and the pillows were too soft

Our AC was rattling pretty loud, curtains were torn, and refrigerator did not work.

Rooms are NOT CLEAN AT ALL, Bathroom, kitchen area, microwave, were all very dirty and Unsanitary. Just because the are going to remodel does not give them leave to ignore the safety of their clients. We PAY for a specific Service and expect it given.

Numerous items: mold in the shower, felt unclean, holes in the curtains, door handle had to be operated in a certain way that staff had to demonstrate.Was a far cry from any courtyard I have ever stayed at and will reconsider staying at another one.

It was advertised that there was a bistro on site to be able to get dinner but the two nights that I was there, the bistro was closed. Staff said it was because they didn¿t have people to operate it in the evening.

The staff was excellent during the entire stay. Hiring good people that do their job well is a credit to themselves and the hotel.

Our room was way too small. Could barely move around without bumping into one another. For the price I paid I would have expected a much larger room.

Location is very good.

Listed as having a bar, but was not well lighted space, and closed on a friday night at 10pm, which is early. Convenience store prices were userous. Breakfast was not included. The advertised savings was less than actual.

close to Baylor, quiet. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

Two things, one is fix the darn coffee situation. Starbucks down for coffee for several days. Two is your staff is pretty good, and I think it's hard to keep staff these days. But I asked basic questions about Baylor and got a very vague response.

The location was perfect if your looking for something downtown. Both the morning and evening staff was exceptional.

Our only complaint was the person walking heavily above us. If we stay here again I¿d request the 3rd floor.

Clean rooms very quiet

Yeah the fact that my car got broken into and alot of stuff stolen no cameras and no care from the hotel

Staff and Location. The Bistro staff was amazing!! The front desk staff that was there upon check-in went above and beyond as well

The price. It definitely was a bit overpriced for the type of hotel.

Location, nice room

We called and asked the front desk for an extra towel and never received it. There was also a dirty ash tray on our patio table.

Clean and very welcoming hotel. The room was quiet and very clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Everything was great.

Bed was comfortable.

Pool hours not inforced so noise was an issue until after midnight and starting before 7:30 am

Excellent staff! Great location in downtown Waco. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and local sites.
