The location

The hotel is old and outdated, photos do jot represent the actual location. The room was also dirty when we arrived. There were stains on carpet and hair in the beds.

Breakfast

I booked a king room and got a double. When I asked to be moved, was told they overbooked. Not happy!

HOTEL EMPLOYEE DUE TO THEIR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THESE LADIES STOOD OUT AND WERE EXCELLENT!!!!!!! THEY MADE OUR STAY SO MEMORABLE THAT WE WILL STAY NOWHERE BUT THE GO2SUITES BY HILTON, WACO, EVERY TIME!!!

NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. WONDERFUL & SPECTACULAR STAY WE HAD!!!!!!! THANK YOU MR. NICKY & KATHY HILTON, YOU AND YOUR WACO,TEXAS STAFF ARE THE BEST, EVEN THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS SUPERB!!!!!!!!

Clean room, cleaned regularly, good breakfast, and have to scan in after 9pm

Awesome large room with full size fridge and small useful kitchen. Good breakfast included!Pet friendly.

Location

Bathroom sliding door wouldn¿t shut. Smelled like smoke in the room and halls. Breakfast was gross and oatmeal was thick as tar.

Bed was comfortable.

High humidity in room made sleep inposible poor air circulation room needs fan also bathroom door stuck open

The staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby was clean and looked modern and updated! The room was perfect! Bathroom nice and large! Loved the kitchen and extra amenities! Loved the larger refrigerator and of course the disher washer was a bonus!

Nothing to grade the hallway on so just gave the cleanliness a lower score. Even though the hallway was not filthy the wallpaper on the 3rd floor was tearing in several places. In addition also ceiling tiles missing Almost like under construction.

The Air conditioning did not work. Also none of the television stations were correct with the guide and many didn¿t work at all.

The staff were very professional and friendly.

I suggest the hotel put handles on the bathroom pocket doors. Trying to open and close the heavy door with your fingernails is extremely annoying.

Breakfast!

Beds a little to stiff. Pillows to soft,

we were close to everything we desired to accomplish on our vacation. Everyone was very kind and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The room felt large and the bed was comfortable, easy to find the correct temp setting for us in the room.

Location

The sheets were slept in wrinkly, meaning people were sleeping in and sheets had been not changed. The sofa sheets were clean when we took them out to put on. Some outlets in the room didn't work. The bathroom door was hard to slide shut.

hotel employee at the front desk made us feel like we were family. She really is the right person for that job!. Followed her direction and had great time. Second time there and would definitely go again. Comfy beds, soft sheets and great oatmeal.

The room is well manage.

Bath towels were not cleaned ... it has black mark ....

Clean, roomy, comfortable, great beds, great breakfast, nice workout room.

Breakfast and the facilities were great. I used the gym and Landry and thought them to be convenient.

One of the front desk persons was evil. She was on from 7pm to 10pm or so usually and was a heavier middle aged woman who often war a rainbow face mask with paw prints on it. After an awkward conversation with her a dark presence was around.
