Pros +
- Brand new, everything works well, close to Baylor and short walk to downtown
- The front desk staff were kind, informative, and thoughtful.
- Hotel was very clean with a very clean smell. Not sure what the contraption was in our room (exercise equipment). Never stayed anywhere with that in the room. Bathroom was spacious and grooming products for free was awesome.

Everything was brand new and clean! The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room AC worked great. One of the best hotels I?ve ever stayed in.
Everything was top shelf and very clean. The hotel is newly built but everything but the landscaping was fully complete. Location is right across the river from the downtown district and within sight of McClain Stadium.
Soft bed
Yes the a/c in my room never worked. After calling the front desk in want offered another room or anything.
It was so clean and modern.
the lighting was a little dim and dark for me at night but not a deal breaker
Staff were fantastic
We had to change rooms because the first one was a sauna and the ac was broken
It was very clean and great location.

Brand new
We enjoyed the hotel.
The courtyard was surrounded by concrete and buildings so there was no breeze and too hot!
Everything was great, truly. Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable. I would stay there again. I needed quiet space for work, and this hotel did not disappoint. Loved the location, perfect for walking along the Brazos River. Bonus, a Farmer's Market popped up nearby on Saturday morning! Wonderful, friendly staff. Quiet. Did I say clean? I felt safe traveling alone. Thank you.
If I could change anything it would be the loud doors - they are heavy and sound proof, but loud when they close. Guests having a late night woke me up during the night by simply closing their door. Also, the free WiFi kept going off and on. Otherwise, fantastic stay!
New, clean and well cared for. Great location, right between Baylor and downtown.
There wasn't anything I did not like. The staff was friendly. The room was beautiful and the view was great! The room was welcoming and relaxing!!! My stay was EVERYTHING I needed.
Due to the two hotels being in one parking lot is confusing when ordering things through DoorDash or Uber. My food was delivered to the wrong hotel. A solution to that issue would make staying there PERFECT!!!
The staff is amazing! Super helpful. Rooms are big, clean and have all you need for a stay. Bed is super comfortable. Would definitely come back
