AC Hotel Waco Downtown

Very very nice hotel! Clean, comfy beds, wonderful showers!

Location is perfect walking distance to everything Downtown Waco.

No free breakfast.

The friendly staff had great customer service!

The floors in the room didn’t seem to be very clean when walking on them.

The location was great. Near restaurants and 1 block from Magnolia Silos.

Comfort and food

I was up for work at 4am, so I was unable to eat breakfast. I was a bit disappointed that there was no coffee in the morning when I had to go for the day.

Don’t charge extra for parking. Make coffee earlier in the morning.

Hotel was 2.5 hrs late putting us into a room on Valentines Day. They provided TWO drink vouchers at the 1.5hr mark and that’s it. No information as to why there was a delay. No comp offered. Only reason I got TWO drink vouchers was because I asked for them…. Any decent hotel manager would’ve explained why there was a delay, offer a discounted price, or at least something like “please sit at the bar and have some drinks on us until your room is ready”. All business experiences problems. It’s all about how you respond to them and this hotel management working 2/14/2026 was the worst I’ve ever seen. Thank you for ruining my valentines dinner and a month of planning.

Wonderful hotel. Close to restaurants and wonderful staff to support. You can choose many different options and go walking.

Parking garage was in repair with a big iron arm holding ceiling. It was a little scary. Room is not big, but enough for a couple.

The hotel is in a great location. Parking was easy and staff was great. The inside is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed out stay.

i didnt eat breakfast. but I do want to say the atmosphere was so cheerful. The moment you walked through the front doors you were made to feel welcome. I would stay again!!

Not happy.

Not happy with accommodations. Was not given room paid for. Was given a handicap room instead of regular king room. No refund provided at site. Rooms were not cleaned in a timely manner for a large concert event in town. Multiple people waiting for rooms by check-in time. Was advised by the front desk after a pre-check in that a phone call would be made and the people ahead of me would get rooms first. No phone call came during this time while we gathered our belongings and parked. After waiting approximately 15 minutes in the lobby saying it was okay to check in. I was told our room was still not ready and if we did not take the room provided it would be given to someone else and no time frame for when our room would be ready.

Great service at the front desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff accommodated my family by putting us in two rooms that were connected. The bar is really nice and the pool area is magnificent. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the city attractions, shops and restaurants.

It was clean and in a great location.
