Comfort Suites Waco North - Near University Area

I got a good deal on this hotel online. Plus, just for one night since we have to go to a bowling tournament.

We’re a bit disappointed that there’s no SPA in the pool room... Also, our room has a poor door, and although I reported it, nothing has been done about it yet.

We love the large room! The high ceilings add to the spacious feeling too!

The only thing out room lacks is USB outlets.

It was a great location for all activities we did.

We were there for 3 nights and had no maid service. Trash gathered and we had to get our own clean towels.

location

yeah they constantly called me before check in to see if I was coming because they had something going on so they harassed me until I came early to pay my reservation

The room wasn't cleaned while we were out and our card key didn't work on Saturday. Had to go to the front desk to get it to work again.

The woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful and also was the only person I saw working-she did the front desk day and night and cooked breakfast all while still answering the phones and assisting people.

The amenities state there is a heated indoor pool (it is not heated), and a hot tub (it is cemented over).

The staff

The pull out couch mattress old very uncomfortable I couldn?t sleep more than one night on it. The pool is not heated the water is very cold.

Convenient location

The room smelled strongly of pot. And when we checked in the person at the desk told my kids about a creepy book series, which set them on edge for the night. Violent movies were playing on the screen in the lobby.

Our suite was roomy & comfortable

The elevator would not work on occasion. My son got stuck in it for 5 mins. The hot didn?t work . Breakfast was just eh ok

Room,convience, cleanliness

Burnt sausage, eggs tasted nasty. Coffee pot in room did not work. Not much to choose frim for breakfast

Very professional, comfortable bed,clean room

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious.

Pillows were the size of throw pillows and hard as rocks. Didn't like the rounded bottom of the tub.

Positive energy for staff and smelled clean

Not easy to get to the lot

My Husband and I often come visit our grandchildren in Waco and we absolutely love to stay at this hotel. Hotel employees are the best in always catering to the needs of our family. Thank you ladies so much!

Often there's something wrong with the TV remote..

The room was comfortable and clean

The pice , the TV did not work

Clean

Charged me $18 service fee for house keeping and no one ever cleaned the room for 3days

It was clean and updated

Outside and area seemed a little sketchy but once inside, everything was clean, updated and felt secure.

Very clean hotel and room. Staff was very knowledgeable, very helpful and courteous.

Large suite room.

Location hard to get to. On one way street. Front desk clerk was on the phone while we were waiting to check in. She took two calls, plus a personal call on her cell while we were waiting.

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. breakfast was great, plenty of options. Staff was friendly.

nothing that I can think of.
