This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Great location close to Baylor.

The rooms were simple, functional and clean.

The hallways walls were scuffed, room air conditioning ran though a strange cycle of noises. Upon check-in, anther guest and I waited 10 minutes to have someone come to the front desk. The pool closed at 10, yet loud people were still using it until 11.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette, breakfast was good with excellent coffee.

The pool was clean and amazing. The bartenders were really great and gave amazing service. The Breakfast cook was also really wonderful. The food was very tasty and the room and bed comfortable. My go to place when my son has home football games at Baylor

The pool area was fantastic. Never got so deep. It was hard to swim in with kids had a giant out side and great seating. There was a chef who would custom make pancakes or omelettes for you for breakfast. The pastries and parfait bar were delicious.

There wasn't one place in the hotel that was dirty. I have never been in a hotel thar was so clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, no matter what you asked them, if they didn't know the answer they would definitely find out. I loved it.

Location was great. Room was super clean and updated. Bed and pillows were excellent!

Conveniently (if road-wise awkwardly) off the HWY.

Being so close to the HWY generated extra noise that was not always the "is that a road or the ocean" nicer noise... Trucks braking as they exited or avoided something was regularly obvious from the room.

LOVED the staff. Friendliest, most knowledgeable bartender and their relaxed hour from 5-6p is amazing. The hotel is new, modern and eco-friendly. I also loved the latte machine!

This is not the hotel, but Waco - the traffic circle by the hotel needs some help. Specifically, they need to re-paint the lines. You can't tell where you're supposed to be until you've done the circle several times as 5 different roads converge.

VERY CLEAN, THE ROOMS HAD A LITTLE OF EVER THING THAT YOU MIGHT NEED.

Clean, modern hotel with everything you’d need. Friendly staff. Well maintained pool and hot tub facilities. Welcome drink at the bar on weekdays. Tasty breakfast and option for dining at other meals.

Beautiful hotel

My AC went out in my room the second day and I was blamed for not notifying staff earlier in the day even after explaining to them I wasn’t there until after 9 pm and I notified them as soon as I realized it wasn’t coming on.

From the moment we walked in the door our family was impressed with the hotel. Decor is modern and fun, amenities were exceptional including games around the common areas and the morning fresh breakfast was so good!

The morning weekend staff could use more help it seems to help, but we didn’t mind. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean. The front desk and the evening cook and waitress was very friendly and very helpful and outgoing.

our toilet wouldn’t flush half the time and the back door to our hall. I found open several times you had to keep pulling that shit and then several gates you had to pull shut. They were not closed so it was not totally secure at all times I did not like that I could not pay cash for my room that I had to use my credit card, but I could pay cash for my food. Did not understand that. The cook in the morning was very rude. When you try to ask her questions. She was very snappy and let you know real quick that this is all she has and this is all she’s going to do and the only thing I was trying to do was ask how can I get my eggs cooked
