TownePlace Suites by Marriott Waco Northeast

Clean, Friendly staff, Smelled clean, Room was soacious

Very clean and well kept, good breakfast selection, great location for where we needed to be

Pool was under construction

The staff was very welcoming to our family and other guests from our observations.

The sink overflow hole had mold in it. I am very sensitive to smells and was able to locate it very quickly upon entry of the bathroom. It was a bit difficult to be anywhere near the sink for an extended period of time.

For us the location suited us well as we were close to Baylor and the freeway, so getting places was easy. Also, the kitchen with stove and larger refrigerator was very useful.

Took a little adjusting to get the heat/AC correct - does the wall thermostat control the AC or does the unit itself control it? Water pressure in the shower was a little low.

I especially enjoyed the daily breakfast. Also the front desk was exceptionally at providing great customer service. He made sure my family was taken care of for the whole week we were there. Hands down, the best hotel experience I've had.

Location and the bed

Shower head needs replaced, it sprayed outside the shower

Great location for me.

I had a 5 night stay. At check in, I requested one re-fresh of the room during the stay. Never happened.

Loved this place. Clean, quiet, convenient location, excellent price. Will definitely choose this location again. Breakfast was great.

Amminities

Smell smoke and requested to clean room was not done entire 3 nights

comfortable accommodations, and convenient location

One day, the hotel had water issues. When I called reception to ask about how long it would last, the lady was rude. She gave me a long estimate, implying she didn't want me to call back again with the same question.

The attentive and friendly front staff. The AC wasn't working on the first night and they offered to change the room immediately. They ended up changing the AC unit so we didn't have to change rooms. Breakfast was great and had a nice variety of options.

Location and cleanliness

The hotel allows pets

Great room with full kitchen and plenty of coffee/tea supplies.

spacious room

The woman who checked us in was very rude and started our stay out negative, or might have given higher numbers. However, the guy at the desk the following morning was awesome & sent us off with a smile!

The hotel was close to the baseball field we were playing at. The gentlemen that I spoke to on them phone were both helpful.

The hotel staff was less than desirable and couldn¿t even muster a smile or a welcome-seemed very put out to do their job. There were no pool towels and no replacement room towels. Not enough characters for me to say what I don¿t like.

Professional staff at reception. Room well designed for short or long term stay. Very close to eateries and fuel stations. location easy to access.

No problems

Hotel employee great, all staff handled the rush of people in the ice storm perfectly! handled constant calls, getting rooms clean, people arriving for rooms, police bringing people in, rude people, a fight that almost broke out, all with amazing service!

The location if you’re going to Waco is great and a good layout of the room

The shower was dirty

BIG TV in room! Spacious rooms, everything you need for a long stay.

Hotel employee at the front desk is very rude, housekeeping staff was very nice but knocked every morning at about 9AM and even came into the room when we didn't respond fast enough due to being in the shower, stayed for a week and they knocked every morning!

Staff here are amazing! So very nice and accommodating!

First floor rooms not completed or something, dirty, damaged items, had to request a room change because first room was not clean, food on chair, orange stuff spilled on walls, white paint like substance on floor, bathtubs are damaged, I have pics
