The location was good, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly

The water pressure was barely enough to rinse the shampoo from your hair. We found a trail of ants in the bathroom on the final morning of our stay.

Great breakfast! Excellent locations, comfortable room.

Outdoor pool was a bit dirty but I don't think it's "pool season" and it wasn't open.

Would have loved coffee on the entrance table upon arriving as it was very cold.

Very Clean and well taken care of hotel. The room was very nice, I like the shower and NO bath setup.

The breakfast was not good at all. I don't expect greatness when it comes to the free breakfast, but the sausage and eggs were not even close to edible.

The hotel was very clean, had quick check-in, and a helpful front desk staff. My 10-year-old appreciated "the general aesthetic" (modern) of the room and common areas.

The walls were a bit thin, and the frosted bathroom door meant no turning on the light after someone was asleep.

It had a bad odor when you first walked in. It was more like a 2 star hotel. I the elevators and doors were dirty.

Gentleman working the front desk when I checked in was warm and welcoming and made check in a breeze. After 12 hours in the car I appreciated that very much.

The lady who was overnight was not the same as the male there upon my arrival. She always asked if I needed anything but she was rude about it making me feel like I was in inconvincing her by asking.

It was clean

The minute we walked into the lobby there was a TV on behind the check in desk in some middle east or Indian language filling the whole lobby with its sound. This is America - listen to it in your home or turn down the sound. We felt very unsafe there!

Staff was great! Very helpful! Breakfast selection was very good!

Our TV didn¿t work, moved rooms twice for a 2 night stay!

The staff was friendly and professional. I am disabled with a foot problem. The room I was assigned had a shower. I went to the front desk and was immediately put in a room with a tub that was an upgrade.

The only thing I disliked was having to check out

This hotel is very clean, room size is wonderful, and the staff was super nice.

The ONLY thing I could think of is there is a gas station beside the hotel. That¿s not always bad.

Had to stay here last minute after stranded with flat tire. A strap on my canvas bag broke and the girl at the front desk even offered to sew it for me--so sweet! The room was rad as hell and the AC was arctic. Perfect!

Construction and closed roads around the entrance, but not a huge deal.

The hotel was clean and staff were nice. New building and great location by many eateries. Our room was spotless, bed was like sleeping on clouds and it was quiet. Loved it.

By far the best hotel in Waco. Recently built in Feb¿21, right across from McLane Stadium! Very clean & spacious! Has great wifi, 24-hour fitness center, & free Showtime & HBOGO for you to enjoy!

The grab & go breakfast could be better!

Amazing front desk staff the afternoon we checked in and housekeeping staff person helped with our luggage! So friendly and helpful!
