the staff was accommodating and helpful

was not familiar with the Tru flag and was surprised at room size and amenities i.e. no closet, small desk, lack of in room coffee

The hotel is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and professional. The cable TV options are excellent and varied also. The bathroom and showers are spacious. The hotel lobby has a nice sitting area and a pool table. I was very comfortable.

The price was nice

Halls were hot, room didn?t stay cool enough and there was absolutely no water pressure. I couldnt even brush my teeth.

It took awhile for the front desk person to show up and check us in.

Rooms are small

The gentleman working the front desk the night I checked in was THE KINDEST, NICEST and FRIENDLIEST person ever. I wish I had gotten his name! Also, the mattress was amazing.

Young lady working the front desk at checkout was not nice or friendly. Pillows weren't great.

Very clean and comfy. Desk staff was very friendly.

The lady serving breakfast was rude. Complained about people showing up in groups, or all at once. Also complained about tips. We ended up just leaving and paying for breakfast at another local establishment. The rest of the staff was great.

Art-deco hotel that is right in the heart of Waco shopping district. Short distance from downtown, Magnolia Market, Spice Village, restaurants, and Baylor. Clean hotel, well lit at night, friendly staff, and quality breakfast included with room!

Very clean, simple, and functional design

Even though the hotel is new therefore everything looks new but it¿s not as clean as your home.

It was in a central location near shopping and restaurants. Also not too far from family I was visiting.

The first we were assigned to as on the 4th floor as soon as the elevator opened to the floor there was an awful unclean odor. We made it to our room 408 and immediately after opening the door there was a stench of smoke. ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL!

This is my second visit to this hotel. I enjoyed both visits. The room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were great!

The location is great! It was a good value also. So nice and clean. The staff was welcoming. They have games and a pool table. It was my favorite place I¿ve stayed.

This hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants. The staff was welcoming, the rooms are very clean, modern and quiet.

The rooms the hotel were pretty clean.

The bed mattresses are way way too soft. You have to fight to roll over or get out. Also the pillows are very flat. It was raining when we were trying to leave and there is no canopy that will keep you from getting wet when loading or unloading a car.

The beds and sheets are awesome - this is a newer hotel so it is modern and has a walk in shower and all the things. I stayed by myself and had a great experience. I have already recommended it to anyone who will listen!
