Residence Inn by Marriott Waco South

Size of room and quietness.

Breakfast could be better, but it was adequate. The service person was overloaded.

Dirty glass stove, refer top only cleaned 1/2 way back, due to a short housekeeper I suppose

Breakfast food was horrible. Room was very humid. Pillows were the worst we have ever slept on. In fact we didn't hardly sleep because of pillows and humidity.

The room set up exceeded expectations. Breakfast was delicious. The gym and every area of the hotel as so clean. Staff was very kind and helpful

This hotel was very clean! It had a mini kitchen and plenty of space for 2 or 3 people. The walk in shower was a nice touch. The breakfast was great. There was plenty of variety and the mini waffles were delicious. The hotel staff was also very nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the air conditioner in the room was very loud.

The staff was extremely helpful. There is a nice fire pit outside of the side entrance. Breakfast was good. checking in was a breeze. Be aware that there are two Residence Inns in Waco. We went to the wrong one at first. Finally figured out what was wrong and when we went to the right one we checked right in. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a walk-in shower.

Although the bed was comfortable, it was very high, which is hard for people with mobility issues.

Bed was ok. Glass shower was nice. Breakfast was pretty good

Sofa was very uncomfortable Tissue box had 2 tissues in it. Was empty after 1st use

No room service and no clean linens for 4 days. I requested service.

Everything was fantastic and easy to get to.

The shower. I do not love how the back end of the shower is open. Sounds silly and very minor but I felt so cold while taking a hot shower.

The room with the kitchen and supplies were nice and the BBQ Grill was a great bonus also! The location was very close to several shopping centers which we enjoyed, and such friendly people! We also liked the walk-in shower.

The hot breakfast wasn't the greatest. And I would have prefered the long lounge chairs at the pool as opposed to the regular patio chairs but the pool was nice.

Location is good, quiet neighborhood. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast is kind of simple, wish have more selections. Bathroom shower has some kind of noise sound.

It was a comfortable room. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful.

When I compare this facility to others I have stayed at on this trip, I really have to rate it as OK. The breakfast was great. However, so was every other place I stayed on this trip. These included Holiday Inn Express, Sleep In and Suites in Dripping Springs Texas, Best Western in Monahans Texas and Quality Inn in Alpine Texas. While there were coffee cups and flatware and glasses in the room, the cups were like oversized espresso cups. When making coffee the machine only filled the cup about 2/3. I had to get extra coffee from the lobby as the staff did not provide coffee in the lobby. It was only put out at breakfast. Again, every othere place provided coffee 24 hrs a day. Also, the neither the WIFI nor the tv worked for the first 24hrs I was there. This was unacceptable.

It was nice and quiet.

We were informed at checkout that there was no TV or WIFI. Room smelled a little dirty.

The breakfast was just about the right size. A little more variety on different days would have been good. Nice location with close free parking is always a plus.

Room cleaning one of the days of our stay was expected but didn't occur. The first day I left out the sign to skip but took it down the next day but did not receive cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was enjoyable! We look forward to returning again! Location was ideal accessible to everything we needed! Pleasant area to walk and the amenities were great! Prefer an indoor pool for the time there!

It was what I expected. Clean, friendly, no issues at all
