Cleanliness. Friendly staff. I really liked the restaurant and bar in the lobby, which was very convenient and open for food until 10 PM.

I wish they had better lighting inside of their rooms, especially by the full lengthmirror in the entryway of the bedroom

Cleaning staff efficient but definitely not friendly. Front desk more than made up for that.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and I loved the text to check on us after we settled in the room. It is just minutes from the Silo District.

We, along with several other guests thought the pool was indoor, but it was just a covered pool. With the cooler temps, an indoor pool would have been preferred.

Excellent experience. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

The room was large, comfortable beds, the price was within our budget range.

Location to actives we were in town for. Easy to access, no nightly car parking fee, safe.

The room was very good, bed was comfortable, but there was some shower tiles that needed maintenance.

Front desk staff and the restaurant & bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady was only "okay" in terms of her work.

The toilet was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE - very SHORT and the seat was loose. No GRAB BAR on the wall to help get up. Also, the toilet paper dispenser was mounted in a strange location - mounted on the wall BEHIND our shoulders.

What a surprisingly amazing experience. The hotel is a gem. Modern & trendy, very clean large suite like rooms. If ever in the Waco area this is the place to stay.

Lobby is pretty

There is no soundproofing. I think this is due to the lack of carpeting in the rooms. The person directly above us must¿ve walked to and from the restroom 20 to 30 times in an hour for hours. Lots of chipped paint and where on walls and furniture.

Clean, nice, very nice staff.

For such a nice hotel that is pricey for Waco, they really need to have better wifi. The wifi is very poor and not even truly functional in the rooms. This is problematic for business travelers and will be a dealbreaker for me unless/until it gets fixed.

Hotel cleanliness and decor nice.

The Brazos bar is a joke. Attempt to be trendy I suppose but way overpriced and service was slow. No included breakfast is appalling. No separate room for the toilet was a mark against..

Best place to stay in Waco! The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. The restaurant food was amazing and their staff was highly attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Great pool and hot tub, sheltered by a roof on the patio. Cold water with citrus slices in the lobby was delicious and refreshing after a long drive.

Hard floors in a hotel room are not comfortable! After coming in from the pool, the hard floor felt very cold and uncomfortable. I would have preferred carpet. I didn't enjoy that there was only a shower and no tub. The shower didn't feel very clean.

Understaffed at check-in created a long line and wait.

First time we took our dogs and they and us had a wonderful time. We love it here! Staff is amazing!

Nothing I would change but a web came you could rent to watch your dogs would be cool.

The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. The suite was immaculate, bed comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were both great!

Modern, clean, excellent restaurant. Short 5 min walk to Magnolia Silos
