Pros +

It was by far the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. Usually, there's dirt or hair on bathroom floors. The floors were EXCEPTIONALLY clean.
Room was great, quiet hallways.

Cons -

It was perfect
I was on the first floor, normally not a problem, but I could hear every step the guest took upstairs, every time a cabinet door closed as well as any door that was used.
