the size of the room and kitchen in the room is great

lots of noise to early at 5am

Yes ..Hotel under construction. It should have been CLOSED!! Dust everywhere. Black mold in the laundry room. Lobby was torn up

Nothing. It was average and see bugs. I can?t call it a roach because I didn?t have a good look at it

The kitchen doesn?t make sense. Maybe offer food if you have a kitchen or a package to utilize it.

The room made an extended stay so nice by not having to eat out. The separate seating area made it wonderful when one person was a early riser and the other one went to bed early

Starbucks made it almost impossible to get to motel!

The hotel was not clean and had roaches. When I spoke to the front desk they had no other rooms available because of the football camp we came to Victoria for. I had spent the money and didn¿t have money for another room so we stayed.

There was a shirt there from the previous people that stayed there, It was on the side of the couch.

Good complimentary coffee, friendly staff, and clean rooms.

Horrible experience, a group of drunks on our floor running up and down the halls cussing and slamming doors. We decided to just leave and end our vacation and drive all night and go home.

Would have been nice to have breakfast. Understandably the times we're in it's not feasible.

The problem is I can¿t even tell you anything good about this hotel they are they are they have the Rudest staff and Manager is very rude and needs to be fired

Everything they have worst customer service and they like to move you around to different rooms when you booked something else

Bed and linens were perfect. Temperature in the room was great. Water was hot.

Housekeep only weekly not even refresh in between like empty waste baskets.

To warm. Climate control not responsive.

Yes that they don't have Regular channels like cbs, nbc and fox. Drop direct Tv. They suck!

Looks like a remodel had been started but never finished. Worn out furniture. Vanity looked beat up and worn. If I thought I had to service my towels I would have stayed elsewhere. Need a night light in the restroom as your blinded using regular lighting.

Great location. Close to Victoria mall and restaurants.

Couldn't use the outside pool as the water was too cold.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet.

Although the hotel name was on the side of the hotel, the hotel name was not easily seen.
