Hampton Inn Victoria

The front desk staff and custodial crew were kind and friendly. Mostly clean (room, halls, etc).

Breakfast was old, out, stale, and cold, just not kept well. The blankets had stains on them. The inside of the building needed some upkeep.

This hotel is clean and close to many of the places we wanted to visit.

The entrance to this hotel is difficult to get to because of the lay out of the streets and the barriers, but we figured it out!

The location

The mattress was not as nice as in other Hampton hotels and the breakfast was limited with meat and grits no eggs. The dark roast coffee was not good, it¿s more like tea.

It was a good room and clean ready to rest for the night.

Front desk at check in was lost about what to charge for my room.

There was no breakfast like the website said to get just a water in a bag and the staff was rude and I was not given the correct room that I originally booked cause they didn't have it available

Never had any problems at all. Been there 3 times. The only problem is that there’s a water leaking on water faucet (hot) while running from hand washing sink. I had to wipe water off its counter to prevent from getting wet. Its located in Room #304.

The breakfast was very good, great variety and all hot food was hot. The night staff was very informative with info about the area. She gave perfect directions. She recommended the perfect pizza place. Thank you, thank you.

Could use a straight up additional chair in the room. With two people it makes it more comfortable, the beds were comfortable but not for sitting. The gal on duty did bring me one from the dining area. Thank you.

Found a clothes needle left over from the previous occupant in room, cable for TV was stretched across the room and the breakfast food wasn't hot.

Room location was nice on 3rd floor was quiet. Clean room, comfortable beds, clean restrooms, nice TV Hot delicious breakfast; friendly courteous staff

Shower water pressure was at a trickle, not much water pressure there; corners of the shower stall need to be cleaned thoroughly; base of toilet bowl needs cleaning touch-up
