Even under construction, Tristan, the front desk manager, made us feel comfortable. He was an enjoyable young man.

The bed. Was the only thing good about the stay. The night check in guy was very welcoming and informative.

Couldn't sit on the couch in the room because it was caving in. The elevator was sketchy. The buttons were slammed into the wall. So you had to stick you finger in the wall to find the button. No ice machine. Pool was closed. Very trashy environment.

Roll in shower fold down seat was covered in mold, cracked, definitely needed completely replacement. Room had dehumidifier in room, tank was completely full and filter change light on. Mold extreme health concern and should be addressed immediately.

The room was really damp upon arrival and there was a wet smell. I had to prop the door open to get the odor out and bring the room to a comfortable feel. The TV was not working correctly.

Waited to check in and front desk attendant was not available nor there was no sign on the desk letting us know she'll be back and the place is so out dated...need new furniture in the rooms.

The staff was super nice!

I did not like the mold in the bathroom. The sofa sleeper was broken and not at all useable and we needed it!

Extremely poor air quality, room was musty and moldy, made us physically ill. Will never go back again. Bathroom was dirty with mold and black hair on the floor.

Was charged for room twice, room smelled like a diaper, tv only 3 channels, coffee maker didn¿t work, check in person was on some weird power trip, hotel employees just sitting around doing nothing for extended periods of time. A total waste of time and

It had a bed.

The room smelled musty and there were what appeared to be blood stains from the bed to the air conditioner and didn¿t appear to have been cleaned other than having the beds made.

Very nice rooms. Best breakfast that we had on the road.

Lady at front desk had zero personality.

Super clean and the beds were comfortable with comfortable pillows!

The room smelled like wet dog and urine. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broke. They also would not give me a receipt

The breakfast was decent and the ladies preparing the breakfast were very sweet and thoughtful.

They took away my double queen room and gave me a king only and did not tell me. I walked into a room with one bed for a family of 5. They claimed I did not have a phone number on my reservation and they attempted to call to verify I needed it.

The hotel was average but clean comfortable and I found nothing to complain about. It served my needs well.

The rooms were clean.

The carpet needs cleaning or be replaced in the entire building.
