Clean, staff friendly

Breakfast OK, limited on opitons

We stay here every time we go to Victoria and the woman that works morning shift seems like she is always in a bad mood. I know we have our moments but here it is always. The rest of the staff are very friendly.

The breakfast that was supposed to be served was a bottle of water and a couple of packaged pastries in a paper bag. And I had to ask the staff at the front desk for it. Would not have stayed here if I had known that.

The sheets were stained and had burn marks and had to get them switched out. And the only thing they could tell us is that it’s a stain and yes the sheets have been washed before they were placed in the bed. I need more space to write more smh.

The bedsheets are so soft. Unlike other hotels their beddings and pillows are very comfortable. But the towels are somewhat discolored. And it has hair on it. Good thing I have my own towels. There is dome dirt on the sink. But I clean it up.

Cleanliness

Dont stay here they are not family friendly. The general manager made our stay very uncomfortable with our kids, not willing to accommodate they need to send there staff to a hospitality seminar. Go stay at the la Quinta south,they are a better choice.

Poor ownership & management, staff is very unwelcoming. This is What to expect from this hotel. I will NEVER stay at this quality inn or any of it's affiliated hotels. best to stay somewhere else in Victoria, North side of town or la Quinta south is best.

Took a long time to get hot water continuance run for 6 minutes with still not hot . Also door was hard to open and did not self close.

The refrigerator was not on and full of mold. I asked for it to be cleaned the first morning as I left, it was still dirty that evening when I returned. I asked again the next morning and again that evening there was a moldy fridge. Management didn't ca

Room was nice size, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Hotel was nice and quiet; we had agood night's sleep.

Smoke alarm began beeping in middle of the night several small things not working; phone charger, ceiling fan, etc.

Location was very convenient. It was new, comfortable furniture.

The hotel was freezing. Air conditioning was set low and the lady at the desk did not have a key to the thermostat. Very uncomfortable The muffins at breakfast were stale. The breakfast was lowondering quality.

hotel staff were not professional , restroom had total of one hand wash towel and one big towel , and there were dead worms and ants in the room . only lamp bulbs worked roof light were not working . horrible experienced .

Hotel was listed as being in port lavaca, but was actually in Victoria. Had to drive 40 minutes out of the way.

Relatively new hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and well worth the price paid. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, soft comfortable bed, soft towels and a celing fan in the room made for a comfortable stay. Woke up feeling great and had a great little breakfast for free. All this for a low price made me very happy and pleased.

No trash cans in the hall ways, bathroom soap too small. I found my towels wet, some damp. Nice hotel and nice employees! Breakfast cereal stale.

Clean, modern hotel with easy access. Friendly, helpful staff.
