- Hotel employee and all of the staff. Location was great. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean.

- My room door latch locked me out and they had to break it to get in. The room furniture was damaged from animals. I have no pets.
- The bathroom light flickered on and off and there was a fairly loud banging noise periodically in the wall.
- Jazmin at the front desk was unfriendly a d didn't do eye contact.
