Yes they refused to let me check in said it’d be refunded and it wasn’t it’s crap I didn’t lie or cheat them on my last stay his employeee charged me $15 pet. Fee and $45 deposit I had three cats which I informed home ablut

when the pool was open it was nice for my daughter to be able to swim

the hotel itself has a lot of trash everyone just throws around and housekeeping is not the best. MOST of the rooms have a mold problem.cockroaches. but some of the staff is friendly.the location was great.their pool itself was kept clean.

The renovation that has been done is very nice. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The metal base of the bed¿very noisy if you bump it with your foot.. our toilet (108) was very very noisy and slow to fill up.

It was really quiet,staff was very respectful,and the rooms was cleaned like their supposed to be...no extra visitors if you know what i mean.

The location was ideal for the event we were attending.

Our tv quit working so we reported it to the evening front desk clerk. He was VERY rude and informed us that the maintenance tech was asleep and would not be of assistance. We requested a replacement television but our request was denied. We left.

I was very impressed with hotel employee at the front desk. She was amazing, kind and very helpful.

Though there was construction going on, I understood and appreciated all everyone did to make myself enjoyable.

We do a lot of traveling, due to my son playing select baseball and this has been by far one of the best hotels for the price we have paid. From staff to cleanliness to bedding everything was well worth it!

Nothing the the hotel was horrible and plus they did not clean my room or gave me clean towels the covers had blood stains on them there was trash under the bed from someone else who had stay there before.. I I try to get my money they didn't want to.

There's no nighttime clerk and I wasn't able to check in. I called ahead to let know I was coming me and they did not bother inform me they would not be there after 12:30am. Had to scramble to find other accommodations

The toilet had not been flushed there was #2 in the toilet, the mirror over the sink was dusty and dirty, the ice bucket was dirty, there was debris in all 4 corners of the room,There was no clock,the tv did not work, there was not a smoke alarm,and more!

Room was so dirty I had to switch and that room was dirty so we checked out

Had to fix the TV and reprogram it myself. Wires had a short in the line. Front desk did not pick up after 12 they kept disconnecting the phone and the lobby was pad locked. Basically no after hours help.

Was the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel and I stay in hotels a lot due to my employment this hotel was roach infested and ant infested staff was not helpfull. Very rude. Price was $30 more than agreed upon price

THE SACK BREAKFAST TO GO IN THE MORNING BUT HAD TO PICK IT UP AT THE DECK BEFORE 8:30 THAT NIGHT IF WE WANTED IT
