The indoor pool was the only thing good about this hotel.

The guest service, the room was not clean, the heater in the room was not working correctly.

Overall great space and very comfortable beds and sofa bed.

Location is no that great, although it is within the loop, the road/path to get in and out is a bit confusing.

Location

Previous guest had used the coffee machine in our room.Coffee was all over the counter and floor. Made me question how clean the room really was. Pool was not working upon arrival, once it reopen, it was still dirty.

Bed is comfortable

We booked this hotel specifically for the amazing pool. When we arrived the pool was closed due to the maintenance personnel placed the wrong chemicals into the pool for cleaning. We wanted to cancel and find another hotel with a pool.

Room clean

There is a problem with the beds. They make noise. Wood slats maybe! very annoying. NOt sure if I will use them again.

The staff was pleasant

They don't change the bedding, they don't empty the trash cans, they don't pickup and replace towels, so I can only imagine they don't vacuum either....but they do charge for breakfast, I'm not using this Hilton again.

This was a amazing place ! We headed to beach - no hotel drove back to Victoria and spent the night. Went back to a different beach area next day and drove back to stay in Victoria. The room staff and location is great and the price was worth it!
