Super 8 by Wyndham Victoria / South / Hwy 59

The fact that I could leave because the owner Sam was so rude.

The owner put us in two of the dirtiest rooms available, I cleaned my own room upon arrival at the US HWY 59 in Victoria TX. The fridge was leaking, the toilet was clogged, the floors were dirty, the whole room was just dusty all around.

This may not be a 5-star hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, has all the essentials and a friendly staff. I enjoy staying here whenever I'm in Victoria.

Some inconsiderate hotel guests next door woke me up in the middle of the night yelling and cussing. Not the hotel's fault.

Couldn't find a lot of the TV channels I like to watch. But, no big deal.

Simple, basic and comfortable room with everything I needed. Very clean. (I splashed some water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel, expecting the paper towel to be dirty, but it wasn't.)

Definitely the price Secondly the convenience of the location, since I was only passing by and It didnt deter me from my trip. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The rooms were clean and fresh bedding and towels which are a must for me was great! The owner/manager was very friendly as was the staff to help meet our needs.

The location was a little difficult due to road construction. The tv in one of the rooms had a plug issue that was resolved. The breakfast was ok if you want all carbs, but I went somewhere else for a more meaty breakfast.

Requested first floor room and they accommodate d our needs. Owner/front desk very friendly Had list of local restaurants. Victoria Cafe ¿ delicious food.

There is construction in the area. Just follow Google gps instructions.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and enabled us to bring elderly pet with room selection.

Difficult access due to highway construction. Located in light industrial area.

A/C and refrigerator worked properly and they served breakfast

The toilet was not flushing properly the bed closest to the door had bodily hair in the bed when I pulled the covers back and there was not enough soap furnished for the room

The manager was very accommodating to assure we got a good room. It was a very quiet complex, and our room was great! The beds were very comfortable!!

The only thing that was missing was a hairdryer that showed listed in the accommodations, and I had not packed mine for that reason. It wasn’t a big problem.

Excellent value for large, clean room. Good bed.

Breakfast was bare bones but well presented

Everything about this motel is good. Large room with king bed, large tv, heater was quiet and worked good. Shower was clean and had hot water. Man at the counter was very nice and helpful.

I really wanted a room with an indoor jacuzzi but didn’t get one
