- The overall quality and layout of the place
- Location perfect, checking in was amazing Diago was very sweet..check in was smooth and professional. Hotel very clean and nice, room was very clean, comfortable and nice!
- Facility was clean and tidy, Tef from Registration was wonderful and always a pleasure to talk to, very polite, respectful and over all knowledgeable.
Cons -
- No hot tub
- The night auditor Kevin was horrible, we had a family emergency we couldn't stay until 12 checkout that we asked Diego which wasn't a problem at all. We packed our things in a rush, and proceed to check out..told the front desk clerk we had to check out do to family emergency no reaction jKevin asked for our room keys please I gave him the room keys and I asked Kevin for a reciept not thinking, he responded I cant until I run night audit its already after 12am im like okay can you send it to my email..he (kevin) looks up my information and let's me know I booked 3rd party and they used there own email im like okay may i have some paper and pin so I can write down my email so when you run night audit I cam receive a copy. We leave after. After we get home I noticed we left items I called around 230 Kevin answers I tell him the items we have left he (kevin) tells me when the housekeepers clean the room they will bring the items to the front and I asked him could he go to the room and collect the items Kevin tells me he's the only one there he cant leave the front desk. I tell him im sure yall have a sign to place at the front desk while you go collect my items kevin pause for a few seconds with discomfort in his voice and say ill go in a few hours so I say when will that be? Kevin says in a few hours!!!! So I asked him when I call back at 330 will my items be up front kevin says okay and hangs up in my face
