Bed is good, Breakfast was so so Location is away from the main highway

I have stayed in all the hotels in Tomball. This hotel is the best by far. Sometimes it?s overpriced for the star level

Everything was more than I expected. The place was very clean and the room was perfect, it even smelled new!

Housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:30, 10:15 and 11 after I had spoken with the front desk the night before (at midnight) that we would be checking out at noon. Also no Do Not Disturb signs for the door.

the hotel is "pet friendly." however, guests must pay 150$ fee if they want to have their (one) pet with them. this is an exorbitant amount of money, not proportionate to the service offered and definitely not "friendly" to the customers or their pet.

Everything. The room was large and comfortable. Full functional kitchen. Couch and lounge chair. Clean and beautiful.

Breakfast buffet was not great.

Will never stay here again

Refused check-in because we claimed a mask exemption. We have stayed he multiple times this year with no issue. Never again!

We stay here on a regular basis. Location is good for our needs and we have always been happy with the comfort of the beds.

We have never been hassled about wearing a stupid mask until last week. While enjoying a cup of coffee and a bite of breakfast with my husband, an employee approached us and insisted that we put on a mask. How on earth are you supposed to eat and drink?

The location was great and the staff was really nice. Beds were also comfortable. The team goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

Its a modern Residence Inn with a contemporary feel and all of the amenities.

Its probably one of the newest buildings on that service road. And there is a huge empty lot right in front of it. I had to walk over to Kroger to get something for dinner and there is no sidewalk yet so had to walk through high grass to get there.

My room was excellent! I was visiting with family and they were able to visit me in my room! It was spacious! Staff was very accommodating and willing to help me with any request I had. Will use this hotel again in the future!

That they charged me twice and I have no idea what (a 2 and 8 doable charge) no biggie
