Comfort Suites Tomball Medical Center

The front desk staff was amazing. We were in town during the death of a family member and they were so understanding and kind to us.

Maybe could have been a bit cleaner.

Clean pool, friendly staff

AC was not working properly at night

This hotel is always clean and well managed. The housekeepers are unobtrusive and efficient. The breakfast is nicely prepared and kept well stocked. Check-ins and check-outs are seamless, quick, and presented with authentic friendliness.

I stay here often, visiting my Mother, who is in a memory care facility nearby. This was the first time I experienced noise from an adjacent room. This was also the first time I was not on the first floor. Connection? I'm not sure.

Very clean safe and prompt service

No late check out. They frowned on late check out and wanted to make sure we were out by noon. Usually everyone allows us to be out by 12pm or 1pm without getting upset. Will not return there.

Full direct TV Channels Good desk chair

A/C does not have a deflector to keep cold air from blowing directly on you

The hotel was very clean feeling and the staff was friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. At the end of a long travel day, I get into a surprisingly wonderful room, unpack and crawl into the shower ¿. No water pressure :( a dribble would have been an exaggeration. I ended up using a wet towel.

Extremely friendly staff and always accommodating with any requests or needs!

The only disappointment with the hottub was not working, and looks like the sign had been up for a long while. Would have been helpful to been notified at checkin or before.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. They brought whatever we needed from the breakfast area. I love the location was close to everything in the movie restaurants stores excellent

It would be nice to have two bottle of water in our room so we can take with our medication

She is so awesome. Very friendly and a hard worker.

Remote stop working. Sauna/Hot tub did not work.

Clean, nice staff.

Parking is horrible. Came back to the hotel and there was no parking. People were parked in fire zones and across the street in the hospital parking lot.

Location and very good.breakfast selection

We had peoblems with the.key not working and hadto go to the desk sev wet al times for.help

Room phone did not work at all. Staff did not explain the deposit. I checked out a week again & it¿s still pending in my account. When I asked about it, I was rudely told incidentals.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to help with breakfast

In door pool and hot tub were freezing cold. All the windows in the pool were permanently open too.

Friendly staff, they always greet me with a smile. They remember me, that¿s important. Clean room easy access, close to lots of good restaurants and merchants.

Nope, I¿m good.

Staff And parkjng

Breakfast selection, no yogurt, fruit old and meager selection, noise from doors shutting

The rooms where clean and well organized.. Everything worked and was nice. Pool and hot tub need a little attention. Breakfast was good. Close to several restaurants.

Nope everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location

Elevator not working. Doors at end of building locked and key pass didn't work. Had to carry suitcases full length of hotel then uupstairs. And they didnt have help.

The location was convenient for us to visit business associates and family. Comfort Suites' staff was professional and courteous in addition to providing hot Breakfast on site. We were able to lounge around longer and enjoy our spacious room.
