the flood lights in the parking lot flooded our room (on the south side of the building) with bright light at night

The attendant at the front desk was very polite and friendly, and very patient with my sour attitude from a long, difficult day of travel.

Breakfast was nice, but pancake machine didn't work.

I had requested a ADA room to accommodate my husband and his scooter. We got a room right next to the mechanical/outdoor room. It was really noisy. I did ask for a handicap room with room for scooter, and expected a walk in shower, not tub.

The bed was good A/C was good Breakfast was ok

The rooms were musty. The wash cloths and towels were so thin you could see through them. They will not bring you towels or wash cloths. You have to go to the front desk to get them, if you could ever find anyone at the front desk

Clean, attractive, comfortable, spacious room. Great hot breakfast. Helpful and accommodating staff.

There was nothing I would improve on.

Had a problem with the the TV and wifi. Not a big deal though. Wi-fi was fixed.

Someone left underwear up in closet but only if you tall would you have notice.

THE HOTEL STATED THERE WAS BREAKFAST 7-10 BUT THERE WAS NOT EVEN A DECENT CONTINENTAL PRESENTATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO FIND BREAKFAST AND HAD NOT PLANNED FOR THAT IN OUR SCHEDULE. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A LIMITED OR BASICALLY NON EXSISTANT BREAKFAST.

We booked two rooms with two beds each but they only had two ones with a king size bed in each room had to sleep on cots

 the manager is a bully to customers his coworker debra even said he is not good with customers, he should be fired i will be making a formal complaint.

nothing room was not correct, tv did not work the entire stay, clock in room was an hour behind we had no way of knowing the correct time since tv did not work and our phones were not charged.

Did not allow check-in until 4 hrs after normal time. States they informed guests, but was not informed in any way.. Manager was extremely rude. Would not recommend.

Other people we knew were staying there too.

1. They advertised breakfast....there was not! 2. They said the room would sleep 4.....it does not. 3. The ice machines did not work. 4. no towels in the workout room. 5. our tv remote did not work.

How clean everything was.The staff was great,especially a young man at the desk during the day shift. Just a great and enjoyable week stay.

Breakfast

Supposed to have shuttle service but only one van available to hold up to 14 people. There were more people than that who wanted to use the shuttle so there was not enough room for everyone and we had to take our own vehicle.

Location was great. Breakfast was very good. The food was plentiful and was very good. My only complaint was the coffee. Much too weak.

Very new. Nice and well kept. Very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. Will definetly be staying there again.

It's a new motel. Very nice.

Wasn't crazy about the maids cutting in front of me to get their coffee during breakfast hrs. While I was fixing mine and I had to wait on them instead of them waiting their turn, just thought it was kinda rude. Breakfast was good though.

The hotel is new, clean, and neat. Hotel employee helped me check in and could not have been more helpful!

The location made it difficult to find at first.
