Staybridge Suites Tomball By IHG

Just the location which is near to the business I conduct in Spring TX

High price; poorly maintained facility; first room assigned to us have no working phone and microwave light not working. Second room we were moved had a failed disposal; found a cockroach in kitchen; free breakfast standards degraded. Will not book again.

Breakfast buffet was good! The staff was incredible, check-in was smooth!

Water pressure in shower could be stronger

This hotel was comfortable and a great place to stay. It was easy to find and check-in.

Unfortunately, our bed was a queen, which wasn't great when sleeping with a toddler in between. The breakfast was nice, but items ran out fast and weren't often replenished.

The beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast. Great staff

The staff was sooo nice. They made us feel welcome and right at home. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a nice variety.

The bathroom could have used a little attention.

Bed was great, A/C worked well, Breakfast was good

Location was convenient for my plans

Rooms are in serious need of remodeling. Wear and tear are showing in trim. Window in our room had a broken pane.

Friendly staff and comfy beds. Everything was very clean and tidy.

No hottub

Great Staff, wonderful location and very clean hotel.

Staff was very young and tried their best to accommodate.

Dirty towels left in room. Toilet did not flush correctly and was forced to use the public restroom from time to time. Management unavailable to fix our issues.

No one thing in particular stood out. Room was a good size. There was a kitchen. Nice sized TV. Comfortable bed and pikkows.

Low water pressure in shower. Breakfest was ok but they seemed unprepared. Took a LONG time to replace items when they ran out. Veru nice fireplace in the lobby area. Too bad they could not turn it on on a very cold evening.

Really comfortable bed and clean room. Convenient location for TX Renaissance Festival. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The complimentary breakfast was a bit lacking. The eggs were tasteless, the sausage and potatoes were greasy, and the food choices were scant. The OJ machine was down. The employee on staff for it was very nice and helpful but obviously overwhelmed.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nicely furnished.

The highway next to the hotel is noisy. Next time I'll get a room on the back side.

The woman in charge of the breakfast Sunday morning. Sloppily dressed. Bit of an "I'd rather be elsewhere" attitude. Unprofessional.

I like that the room had a small kitchen

I didn't like that I booked a room for 3 adults and I got a queen bed and a pull out. The room had no bedding or blankets for the pull out. When I called downstairs they were out of them. I had to go to Walmart to get a blanket so I could sleep

Layout and location

Room smelled like mold or mildew. We had to leave at 6:45am Sunday and breakfast wasn¿t open til 7:30am.

The location was perfect.

The quality of the Room. The sheet rock was falling from the shower ceiling. The bathroom door at the bottom was all damage. charge me for parking they charged me for showing up early and the charge me for moving up to a higher floor.

Excellent service from staff, value for price, cleanliness

The room are always so clean and you always know what you're going to get. A quiet stay with warm and friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable bed, amenities were nice

My wifi didn't work, at all. Couldn't load a single web page on any of my devices. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours & couldn't get the problem fixed.Let the front desk lady know and to have a manager get into contact with me, never heard.
