- Room 201 - door lock broken. Upon reporting, they acted as though I was an inconvenience. They offered us a room half the size (full kitchen versus kitchenette) with no fee adjustment. They yelled at me, and then called the police on me! Unreal!
- My 11 y/o found a bullet and women's lingerie just under the mattress. When I let the front desk attendant know he came straight to the room, took the bullet to show the manager, and asked ME to pull the lingerie and hand it to him!!
- Maybe just bad timing but it was very noisy. They put us on the first floor and people were very loud at 2AM. Staff were loud going in and out of the staff rooms that were nearby at 6AM. Breakfast was subpar-no hot options except usual hotel waffle.

Cleaning or freshening solution odor so strong I had to leave the window and door open for 3 hours to keep from getting sick. Foot traffic above sounded like bags of potatoes being dropped

How the confusion with booking went. Extra money to get the adjourned room i wanted. Let it be known the indoor pool is NOT heated.
