Staff was kind, hotel was clean and kept as well as can be.

There is not proper ventilation so when someone takes a shower, the whole room will fill with steam (even if it’s not a hot one!) so, the room is musty/humid over all. The blanket on top of the sheet smelled off to me so I just pushed it to the side.

The room smelled like mildew or mold. I now have a sore throat from it. The bed was horrible. And there were some type of beetle bugs in the bathroom

Would not accept my granddaughter?s need for a stay. She lost power in her apartment. It was 20* freezing. I as a grandmother in Louisiana tried to get her in a safe place. Clerk responded.. no exceptions!!

Clean property, nice rooms and bed, great breakfast bar, really nice staff and best shower I have ever had in a hotel (great pressure and wonderful shower head). Surpassed my expectations. Thank you

I paid for a king size bed and I got two double beds. Also, the room that I got was not a suite.

There was a Hispanic party down stairs and the music kept me from sleeping. Finally at 11:07 it stopped. But had to be up at 5 so only 6 hours of sleep.

needs a major upgrade to rooms very poor condition runny bathroom shower, stopped up bathroom sink. Breakfast not up to the usual standards by Holiday Inn Express. Cold food and little variety. will not stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was excellent

TV was not working on first day.Maintenence replaced TV on 2nd day

Minimum hassle with my service animals. The law states you cannot ask about disabilities; they did. Had to show credentials.

The location was great. The room was extremely comfortable,very clean and quiet. The staff was very polite, personable and especially accommodating.Very,very nice and appetizing breakfast. I highly recommend it! Will stay here again if in the area.

Pool was closed

The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having our bed made every day and our towels replaced. We had a chance to meet the food service person Cody. He was friendly and did an excellent job with the breakfast every day.

The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic, the cook Laura is superb.

Some things in the room that could be updated/walls patched. The room was very clean.

The location off the interstate was great

It had roaches in the room and we were on the second floor. Red roaches

Trouble with checkin. No doubles Roaches and water bugs in room Slept with the lights on!! Staff was not concerned. Just said well it is hot outside
