- Check-in was easy and customer service was impecable..

- The price was great. It is the exact same hotel that I stayed in on the loop in Carthage 16 miles away (down to the carpeting) but $25 cheaper per night.
Cons -
- The room was dirty, it had a really bad odor. We found bugs in the sink. The front desk guy was beyond rude. I will never stay there again. It was gross.
- There was little or no breakfast as advertised. There was coffee in the lobby but the lobby was locked the last Friday morning of my stay. There were coffee supplies in my room but no coffee pot. Tiny issues actually.
- As soon as I walked in it had a strange smell and had not been vacuumed very well if at all. There was literally food on the floor. Stepped on a almond beside the bed.
