Belmont Inn and Suites Tatum

The room was dirty, it had a really bad odor. We found bugs in the sink. The front desk guy was beyond rude. I will never stay there again. It was gross.

The price was great. It is the exact same hotel that I stayed in on the loop in Carthage 16 miles away (down to the carpeting) but $25 cheaper per night.

There was little or no breakfast as advertised. There was coffee in the lobby but the lobby was locked the last Friday morning of my stay. There were coffee supplies in my room but no coffee pot. Tiny issues actually.

Nothing stood out about it.

As soon as I walked in it had a strange smell and had not been vacuumed very well if at all. There was literally food on the floor. Stepped on a almond beside the bed.

Very clean, room was nice size.

Needed fridge with freezer for ice pack. Too keep insulin cold on way home.

The location was perfect for my needs.

The room was not clean and the management did nothing to correct it when I notified them of the issue.

We booked a room. Then we were turned away because the motel was full for a wedding party. We were still charged for the room!! SOMEONE IS GOING TO REFUND OUR MONEY DAMMIT!

The new managers are friendly and improving the hotel.

Need new bedding, some have burn holes.

I informed both workers that there's was hair grease on the head board and asked to have it cleaned. Room was never cleaned. Check out time is 11am not 12

I liked that the hotel was very close to the place where the graduation and after party was located.

The manager was not hospitable. The room had bugs. The lighting was horrible; very dim, missing bulbs and a non working lamp. The hotel could use a good bug extermination. The breakfast was waffle and 2 types of dry cereal. Had to wait on towels.

room had cigarette burns in blankets,nicotine bleeding through the poorly painted ceiling, half of laundry room was broken,roaches all over sidewalks laundry room did laundry and found dead roaches in my cloths when removed from machine. disgusting

Great price and location and large room,the staff was also excellent and room was clean.

the water pressure was so low you could not get shampoo out of hair, housekeeping never provided wash cloths only small towels?

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. They had offered to move us into another room because of the foul odor in there, but we didn't spend much time in the room to go through the bother.

The room smelled terribly so we bought air fresheners to help. Could not tell if it was urine or the air conditioning unit that caused it, but you got blasted in the face when you first went into the room.

The room was very nice and it was located on the main road on which I was traveling. It was a surprise to see such a nice place spring up in such a small town.

The breakfast bar was pretty slim - not much to eat there unless you are looking for donuts or cereal.

Check-in was easy and customer service was impecable..
