Hotel is old with no upkeep. Bathroom floor tile was loose and cabinet and tub are worn.

AC did. It keep room cool, bar soap from previous guest still in the shower. Someone else attending the event who was also staying there had two roaches in their bathroom as did someone else in their party. I did not see any in my room.

Staff was rude. Called room three hours later asking again about our request and calling late into the night. Pool broken. Roach in bathroom. Bathroom door did not lock.

Hotel employee with the breakfast dining was great

I did not like the fact that it did not state that the pool and hot tub were broken

The receptionist was fantastic and tried her best to help with whatever was in her power.

The sofa bed was broken, the mattress/beds were so worn out. Room wasn’t cleaned well. Lots of things broken: sofa bed, treadmill, water fountain, pancake machine, juice machine.

Close to the freeway, clean, with a great breakfast

The front desk was mean and rude to the lady working in the breakfast area. The fire alarm kept being set off by broilers.

Elevator is broken and received a 3rd floor room No ice machine on the 3rd floor and 2nd floor ice machine is broken Hotel is in need of repairs

The elevator and drinking fountains were out of order. There were insects in the hall and stairwell.

Front desk attendant was the only positive about this hotel.

Let?s start with the tick in my bed. The furniture is old and beat up. Carpets are dirty and the hotel overall needs a remake. We normally trust Holiday Inns but this one let us down.

The staff that received me didn?t know how to use a computer. I had to wait there for one and a half hour to get to my room. If I knew that I would?ve just kept on driving.

The friendly staff but also that you could pull a trailer around the the hotel so I didn't have to back it up.

The way cable tv software was set up. It needs more clear way to discern what group of channels carry what content because you offer so many channels. Mariot's cable provider does it much better.

Staff was friendly, room very clean.

Elevator didn?t work. Hot tub down. Pool has a lot of dirt piled on the bottom. Disgusting.

I will start with the 20 minute wait just to check in there was only three people in front of me the elevators don't work so stay put me on the top floor third floor because I said I knew how to walk there was no soap or anything shampoos in the bathroom

Clean smell, friendly staff.

Water in the pool was super cold, hot tub was not working.

The room was clean

No lights in the parking lot that night. Manager refused to turn on lights when asked saying she was not authorized to do that. I received a call at 10pm asking if I was the one blocking the charging station. Not checked in properly to know my vehicle.

Clean

Location near a loud highway. You hear trucks all night. Also, the bed I was given had a huge valley in it, which made the night very uncomfortable.

Price, location

Staff allowed a drunken biker party. Loud obnoxious yelling until 1:30 a.m. Front trash cans full of beer cans and bottles. Motorcycles so loud it shook the walls and hurt our ears.

Had to extend stay due to a family loss. Employee at the front desk was amazing. Multi-tasker, pleaser, compassionate, professional, problem solver and long hours. An A Player in my book. RD

Seeing the staff pull the rope due to not being 100% staffed. A present-day circumstance yet this staff was all in with smiles.
