Pros +

It had walls and a door.

Cons -

Price was astronomical. Fire code violations. Five inch walkway gap between the two beds. No TV. No fridge. No microwave. No working electric outlets. No smoke alarm. No sprinkler system.
Flooring was peeling up, smelled bad, patches in the walls that had not been painted, no internet, tv didn't work, bathroom light was out, calk all over the floor, definitely not worth $---.
