Beautiful hotel. Super friendly/helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Very comfortable bed and good water pressure for the bath:shower

Air conditioner had issues but adjusted it to 60° and it stayed on long enough to cool the room to about 72°.

All staff are very friendly, accommodating , pet friendly, and they serve a great breakfast

Bathrooms need better cleaning

Staff was great! Room was better than expected for the star level. Breakfast was great. Parking was great.

No vent in bathroom so if using shower floors wet.

The coffee maker was broke and I REALLY needed coffee

Room 121 had a trouble odor. Would have requested another room but we were exhausted.

It was convenient to everything. The staff was friendly.

The room smelled like a veterinarian office. The toilet ran constantly. I am not sure if it was vacuumed before we came. There was a sunflower seed in the floor. The cleaning lady walked in without knocking.

The staff was very helpful. The room was great. It was the best hot breakfast we have ever got at a motel. Our experience was outstanding.

Very clean, great bed and pillows. Beautiful bathroom.

Entering the room, it was stifling hot. The ac was on but curtains open. Yes it was about 100 degrees outside with sun pouring into the room. Seemed ac was not able to cool room efficiently.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities. The breakfast service was also nice. Especially pleased to be on the ground floor, since we asked for an easy access room.

The commode didnt flush in room 125, they let us move to 127. The commode handle was loose it didnt flush much better. The window ac unit didnt cool.

the rate.

staff spent over an hour trying to get my television to work. the shower is so difficult to operate they give instructions at the front desk at check in. the free breakfast from 6-9am is abandoned by the staff at 8am with many items not restocked again.

This is an Award Winning Motel I've never seen a Motel so clean all the way around Pets stay free and the breakfast was Awesome
