Convenient clean nice friendly staff great continental breakfast and coffee

The front desk guy needs customer service training. He just spit our all the info without making an effort to ?talk? to us. He said he had memorized everything because people kept asking the same questions so he just said everything in the breath.

Well lite parking as a single lady arriving at night. Room was so comfortable I slept thru my alarm. Breakfast was more than expected & open until the time it ends; they weren't putting things up early. Staff were all pleasant & helpful.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful.

The toilet in 209 was broken, the door lock in 411 was broken. The elevators are run down. Small things, but they show the hotel is getting old.

Room was spacious and clean Channel selection was good AC worked well

The hot tub was out of order The desk chair was broken the light for the hall was burnt out There was damage around the shower enclosure

Comfortable bed and good size room.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy. After hearing it in the first room I requested another room where unfortunately it wasn't much better. I didn't get a restful sleep until I turned it off. At least it wasn't too hot outside.

Keys did not work several times. Had to wait 20 min for front desk person to come and redo my key. Came into from a night job.

Shower head was not good. Needed changed. Otherwise, no issues!

Large rooms, although outdated with boxy furniture.

Starting to show her age. Big rooms of the earlier boxed period furniture design. Noisy aircon. Slow elevator and the feel of an older "business" hotel. The breakfast area was being rehabed when we visited

I got ate up by bed bugs. Got moved to another room.

It had an indoor pool.

The only ice machine in the hotel worked on the first floor. Grass looked like it hasn't been cut in a year. The hot tub didn't work. The bed was extremely hard. Won't stay here again.

The door had been “repaired” after the frame had been severely bent - by judicious application of SPACER WASHERS on the strike plate so the latch would engage. The gap between the frame and door was big enough to accommodate a @&$”! Crowbar! Fix i

Front desk staff not available & not friendly. Would not answer phone. Room dirty. Not even half a roll of toilet paper in the room. No extra. Reservation for 3 adults & there was 2 washcloths, 1 hand, 1 bath towel. 2 lights out & TV out

Extremely dirty, no toilet paper holder, dirty carpets, no options for breakfast other then water, apple and muffin. Phone cord was not connected. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I got in my room after 11:00 pm and got ready to shower and brush my teeth, the sink drain pipe had a hole in it and water ran out onto the floor. They said that I could change rooms, but I was tired and already unpacked so I stayed where I was.

Bed was terrible. Too hard. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible.
