The place was clean and well kept, if of course dated. I really appreciated the larger style mini fridge with separate freezer compartment. The staff I interacted with was attentive and polite for sure.
clean, simple, no nonsense, priced reasonably. So many motels charge $--- PLUS, but should be more like $--- based on their cleanliness and interiors, but this one is just the opposite.

Cons -

Location is horrible, receptionist at hotel was not knowledgeable of surrounding locations availability for food and there was one very close. Flooring was coming loose I assume people just let their dogs pee on floor without using pads.
I could hear everything, everywhere without anyone trying to make noise, starting around 2-3am Between the gap under the door and the AC that didn't filter off humidity it was cold and clammy all night with only super light weight sheets.
