Hampton Inn Houston-Stafford

We moved over to the Holiday Inn Express in Stafford. It was cheaper, and much, much better. Much better breakfast, two elevators instead of one, two chairs in room instead of one, 24-hour hot coffee on a machine (not available at Hampton Inn).

The hotel had a smell when I entered. The front desk clerk struggled to check guests in within an appropriate amount of time. I was given a room for someone with physical disabilities which I do not have nor requested. The room had an awful odor.

Hotel lost power after 2 days of my stay so we all had to leave. Staff took my name & ph # on a piece of paper since computer down claiming to issue refund. No refund given not did staff contact me. But later claimed I stayed all three nights

Went to the cris rock comedy show it was a perfect location not far from stadium and the restaurant accross the street were great eat outside .

getting in from Drs appointments evening of 4/6_22 as I stepped into the bathroom, the floor was inundated with water, and I slipped and fell hurting my head and back, no response from hotel mgmt.

Good location for my needs. Clean, no roaches.

1. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk. The man did not come for at least 10 minutes. I just sat in the breakfast area until he came back. It seemed like a long wait. 2. The room was at the very back of the hotel. Long walk.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great. There was prepared oatmeal the first day with toppings on the side. The second 2 days they only had packages of oatmeal and only had plain oatmeal the first of the 2 days.

Only with the breakfast in that they did not have enough packs of plain oatmeal.

The location.

We got locked out of our room and when we came down stairs to get new keys the hotel staff couldn¿t find our name or our reservation even though we were already checked in. It was very annoying and unprofessional. The room had bugs as well.

Great hotel! Great service, breakfast every morning. Restaurants also right next to the hotel. Very quiet at night perfect for light sleepers. Room is pretty clean.

WiFi was down when I checked in but it was fixed by the next day. There were items left by previous guests in my room so I can tell they rushed with cleaning. Also if you¿re calling a Lyft/Uber make sure you specify Hampton because there are other hotels

THE INDOOR POOL.

THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS SOMEWHERE ELSE, I HAD TO ASK TO GET THE BREASFAST STARTED . THERE WAS NO COFFEE,VERY UNORGANIZED. I UNDERTAND BREAKFAST WAS LIMITED BECAUSE OF COVID. BUT IT WAS ALMOST NO BREAKFAST AT ALL.

Staff lacked customer service and wasn’t very helpful. Also the breakfast selection on weekends is awful especially with me being pregnant

Helpfulness of staff to answer questions and provide what was needed. Hot breakfast. later check out time of 12 noon.

It was nice and clean and in a decent location.

The free breakfast could be improved. Menu was not that appetizing could have more fruit options and traditional scrambled eggs and bacon.

The manager, her skills & level of customer & organization skills her ability to multitask in a dilficult situation. Her ability to remain professional under the pressure & circumstances her willing to help resolve issues in a professional & appropriate

I honestly could not say because once I had met the manager her great customer service skills and attitude along with her amazing personality topped it all!

What we liked best was the room and bed. The added bonus was the breakfast items. This hotel has chocolate mild and hot chocolate plus extra toppings for the waffles.

The only thing I didn't like was the directions to get to the hotel. It was weird in the sense that we arrived through the back street and not through the front entrance.

Great location.

Hotel is being renovated. Parking is a problem. Had to park very far away with no luggage carts for guest use. Also no refrigerator in room as listed in description.

Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very clean..and my wife said smells nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the price was awesome. I will stay here again

there was very little parking( had to park in IHOP parking lot), hotel was under construction but was not advertised as such.
