mold & rust on lamps, closet door & bathroom walls & tiles are nasty, not for anyone. Cracks & mold on wall and where toilet paper goes, just disgusting & bringing dirty towel to the front desk to get a clean one, gems all over. Poop smell in the room

The carpet had RED color spray paint on multiple spots. The first look was scary as it looked like blood. Both the double beds covers had multiple strands of hair. One of the beds had spots indicating past wetness. Small bugs crawling on the wall.

The pool was very nice and it was close to where we needed it to be.

The room was horrible, cigarette burns everywhere. Even though they told me ten times it was a non smoking room, the whole thing smelled of smoke-even the hallway. The comforter on the bed had holes and was dirty. I would never stay here again

CLOSE TO MY CORPORATE EMPLOYER. THEY RESOLVED AN ISSUE I HAD WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE PRIOR. MUCH MUCH BETTER THIS TIME.

HOBRRIBLE BREAKFAST NOT GOOD AT ALL. POWDER EGGS AND VERY WATERED DOWN ORANGE JUICE! THE WAFFLE WAS GOOD BUT THAT WAS IT!

Room was decent

When I walked in the lobby to check-in, an irate customer verbally assaulted me and threatened me physically because he said I was standing too close. I was just waiting in line at the counter. Seems like a rough area with lower class clientele.

Cleaning staff was very helpful.

Not a safe hotel and you get complimentary high from strong freshly smoked Pot smell. Doors need updating. Key cards kept deactivating no ID or verification asked for to reactivate. Understaffed and long wait for check in due to clerk being busy.

There was mold and mites. The ac did not work. I was transferred to a different room and that one also had mites but not as bad. I will never book there again or let my room be picked again.

We booked non-smoking & was sent to 2 rooms that was smelling of smoke really bad even though she said it was non-smoking. The 3rd room was fine but the towels had very strong bleach smell. We had to be somewhere at 5.30pm & the checkin took a little long

They gave my room away, after having me check to see if anyone was in the room they were trying to give me. one room was dirty, the other two rooms they tried to give me had other people belongings in them.

It was near the freeway

Dirty, old, shady people roaming in the parking lot. Very bad experience

There was no toaster, juices or bacon. Microwave did not work. And ice machine was not working, no ice.

Room was fine, one of my guest room was smelling badly, on complain they moved into another room which was clean but just got clean so there was bleach smell which later gone.

Breakfast was disgusting and finished before time. They said dont have no more. In hot water pot, there was ice water.
