Roaches/bedbugs/trash in the hallway/sticky stained carpets/cigarette holes in the curtains/water all over the floors/though the clerk was nice was very unknowledgeable about how to reach the manager to cancel and refund my money. Issue still unresolved

The black guy was so sweet to my kids, he made our stay feel better. Him and the lady with braces are the absolute best for that hotel. And the guy at night. I stayed 5 days and I will definitely be back for my daughter's birthday coming in February.

They need 2 Jacuzzi suites lol

Ice machine in entire building and elevator out for days. Very poor ratings are do to this. I have 5 herniated back disk and had to lug my bags

Website says Free Hot breakfast but there was no hot breakfast. No eggs, no sausage or bacon. Elevator been out of order since last month and still out of order! The carpets looked very old like, stained carpets. Room ceilings cracked and peeling.

The flush in my room didnt work. Then when I walked around the hotel it was dirty and there were a lot of bugs. When I went in to the room, I saw a stain on the bed and some bugs behind it, indicating that the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

The manager was very nice and understood our issues.

Outdated very old in need of renovations. Smells like smoke,the first room that I was sent to had a bathtub that was filled with cracks and holes. It never should have been assigned.One word..Roaches! Filthy stains on carpet. Does not meet expectations.

Did not like: Staff,no wash towels, pool DIRTY, someone tried to come into my room twice, a lot of talking going on late into the night and early morning.when asked how was my stay staff wasn't concerned at all,everything above was told to staff.

Nothing this hotel was a rundown hotel. Rooms, Hallways everything was so dirty and awful. I wont be booking this hotel again at all.

The basic appliances were not working, had issues with ceiling water leaks which has bad small in room and makes hard to stay longer in the room.

The bed was comfortable.

My 1st room had gnats. My key card keep kicking itself out. I was moved to a different room. The washer,dryer, jacuzzi, gym, and work area was out of order. The shower heads need to be replaced ASAP. Throw away those old rough towels. Snack bar no sn

Staff were courteous and friendly

The hotel was crawling with roaches. We had to be reassigned a room right after check in due to the presence of a roach in the room. We encountered another roach in the new room on day 2 and then a dead roach in our room day 3. Not a pleasant experience

The lady at the front desk was super nice & the hotel lobby was nice as well. The room was spacious & nice for the price. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the area.

The torn duffle bag in closet indicates that the room was not checked properly, but that was it. Nothing serious.

It was horrible soon you walk in smells like cigarettes and the fact they said the pool was swimable and ready to use but it was dark green ¿¿¿¿ the fact the owner said we can swim in after they put chemicals in the pool

The owner and manager was so disrespectful The hotel nothing like what they had on the website my daughter felt so uncomfortable how the room looked also upset about the pool situation..

The staff were really accommodating and went out of the way to try and make my stay comfortable.

Rooms are outdated and had a peculiar smell like that of a bug spray or something along those lines. There was no hot breakfast, and the A/C had a loud squeak. I looked at two different rooms before deciding on a third. The property is definitely not an 6

This use to be a great hotel but it has seriously deteriorated. Infrastructure, cleanliness is below standards it once held. The staff looked like someone off the street and had numerous people who may and may not work there in and out of the desk area.

The water was cold when I checked in and the Hotel knew it. I could have been notified at check in about this matter. I am requesting a refund. It is unacceptable.

The corridors & stair case area is very dusty.Lift smells oil/grease.Breakfast offer is just an eyewash. They can make it better spending almost the same cost by offering a choice of fresh fruit & cup noodles instead of a cereal bar & frozen burger.
