- Have to leave the comfort of my room to go to front desk to extend my stay. Also, why do I have to have the same towels during my entire stay? Fresh towels would be nice. Usually, that's norm at any hotel. The laundry room has 1 working washer & no dryers

- No one told me that the front office closed at 8pm so i could not get a room.

This hotel and its rooms this very much dated and just plain worn out. It has not seen any repairs or updates in years. More than likely since the place was built.
